The staff speaks no English, so in the result I was overcharged for myself stay.

Location is quite accessible as this is in front of Wanda mall :) Did not have a chance to go around as my stay is short

The service is impeccable, the buffet breakfast and dinner is above average. The only issue was the broken climate control. The rooms were stuffy and needed to request for the windows to be opened. As of this writing, stayed at the hotel in March. The rooms were relatively clean, but in need of a proper deep clean and polishing. The location is great and right across from the wanda mall. Lots of food choices. Highly recommended though if that climate control is not fixed soon, summer would be terrible in the rooms.

帶媽爸來南京玩，因為離高鐵站進，選擇了萬達嘉華，酒店前台服務還是蠻好了，父母年紀大了，話多，一直在問小姑娘問題，前台也是很有耐心的回答了，還推薦了適合長者遊玩的地方，很貼心，房間也通知阿姨給我們多放了一份洗漱用品，很不錯，下次有機會還會選擇南京萬達嘉華。

客房收拾得挺乾淨的，和前台小姐姐提前説了想要高樓層給我安排在了18樓，謝謝嘞！設施維護得挺好的比我之前在別的地方住的嘉華都好。半夜水不夠了，阿姨還幫忙送上門

老牌萬達酒店果然沒有讓我失望。因臨時決定來南京遊玩。挑選了半天才決定還是住在萬達酒店了。雖然離市中心有點遠，但勝在離地鐵非常近，切房間很是安靜。對我這個睡眠不好的人很是友好。樓層打掃衞生的姐姐非常熱心。還會再來。

浪花兄弟有想你就寫信，住在萬達我可以熱了就洗澡，我一天要洗5遍澡。要今天啥也不説，就説空調，這個天南京早晚温差大但是也不至於到了熱的地步，這裏除外。一走近房間一股熱浪，聯繫前台，前台説中央空調現在是新風狀態，但是室外是冷風不應該熱風，讓師傅來看。師傅説濾網臟了，半夜去洗濾網。濾網洗好了用温度計測了風口是冷風了好傢伙真的是心理作用夜裡又熱醒了。空調製冷是擺設，房間温度永遠26，室外夜裡估計只有十幾度。一熱一個不吭聲，夜裡不蓋被子通風都能熱醒，什麼概念，半夜上廁所能淌汗。王健林真的是不行了，小王在日本住酒店空調肯定是有的吧，兩天酒店真的是災難之旅。避雷吧，除非你有宮寒，那推薦你來住，搞不好能治好你的病根
