The hotel is very helpful during check-in process. They even had english-speaking staff. They will not hesitate to help you when you are in need

I forgot my passport in my sister’s dormitory and I asked the hotel if is possible I give you my passport tomorrow morning and you can keep my sister’s passport till I give it to you. I also gave them my Chinese driving license and my Chinese work permit card and a copy of my passport but the lady didn’t accept it and my sister was tired so I didn’t change the hotel and I had too come back to the dormitory to pick it up then came back again. The breakfast was terrible. There was nothing for foreign to eat and the coffee machine hasn’t worked. And the kitchen staff were talking too loud and they have make a lot of noise with dishes. In front of the parking lot was so dirty. Hair dryer also hasn’t worked, they changed for 3 time and after that the forth hair dryer worked. I really don’t recommend this hotel to anyone even for free. And I burned my money.

非常好的住宿體驗，房間大，床寬，乾淨，安靜，前台小帥哥和保潔大姐服務好。位置好找，離3號線誠信大道地鐵站步行15分鐘，雖然距離核心遊玩區需要30-40分鐘，但節假日期間，價格算得上良心價了，核心旅遊景點附近的酒店賓館不是太貴就是環境不好。酒店周邊就是殷巷農貿市場，水果店，超市店，零食店，都有，價格也不貴，體驗當地居民的生活，感覺就是南京本地人啦。在去地鐵站的路上，就有賣早餐的小店小攤，本地外地的小吃都有，油條捲餅煎餅麪條粉絲包子鍋貼肉夾饃稀飯豆漿雜糧豆漿什麼的，應有盡有，比起旅遊景點的餐飲划算多了。

住過的很棒的酒店了，服務到位很貼心，房間也很大，而且乾淨，很難想象這個價位能住到這樣品質的酒店，是我江浙一帶住過最滿意的酒店了 設施：100分，居然給了四瓶礦泉水 衞生：乾淨整潔無異味 環境：交通便利，周邊是飯店 服務：服務貼心，前台發自內心的關心顧客體驗

這次入住真的讓我非常滿意！前台小姐姐服務態度特別好，熱情周到，辦理入住時笑容親切，還主動介紹了酒店設施和周邊美食，客房乾淨整潔，床品舒適，細節處也做得很到位，酒店的整體環境優雅安靜，隔音效果很好，讓我一夜好眠，酒店的服務團隊響應速度超快，無論是需要額外的毛巾還是諮詢旅遊路線，都能及時得到解決。下次旅行一定還會選擇這裏，強烈推薦!!!

酒店停車方便，每次出車到總枱掃停車碼，周邊吃飯的地方比較多，院子裏有淮揚菜小廚娘，開車去開市客和奧萊大概十來分鐘
