The front desk is on the top floor (5th floor if I'm not mistaken). They have free congee in the evening and free water bottles you can get from the reception. There's 1 stationary bike for the gym. You can also buy their pillows, quilt and sheets if you have enjoyed using them. The hotel is very near Confucius Temple. When you go out, you will lots of stores selling trinkets and streer food especially in the evening.

The location of the hotel is good, located in the shopping district. Love that they provide 4 bottles of drinking water daily. There is also free self service laundry. The staff is friendly and helpful. Hope the hotel can improve on the following areas: 1. There is only ONE lift. Everyone is using the lift including housekeeping staff. Sometimes it takes quite a while to get into the lift. 2. Sound proof issue. Can literally hear people walking/talking/closing their door. 3. Cigarettes smell along the corridor and even in our room (we don't smoke).

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hotel, and I can confidently say it exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me with warm smiles and exceptional hospitality. They were quick to assist me with my luggage and provided a detailed overview of the hotel’s amenities and nearby attractions. Their attention to detail made me feel genuinely valued and at ease. The room I stayed in was beautifully appointed with traditional Chinese decor, providing a perfect blend of modern comfort and cultural charm. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the peaceful ambiance of the hotel allowed for restful nights. I particularly appreciated the cleanliness; the housekeeping staff went above and beyond to ensure everything was spotless. Safety is always a priority for me when traveling alone, and I felt completely secure within the premises. The hotel has 24-hour security and a well-lit entrance, which added to my peace of mind. Additionally, the location is fantastic. As a solo traveler, I also appreciated the opportunities to meet others in the communal lounge area. It was a great place to relax after a day of sightseeing, and I had the chance to connect with fellow travelers and share experiences. In conclusion, I highly recommend this hotel, especially solo female travelers. The combination of outstanding service, beautiful accommodations, and a safe environment made my stay truly memorable. I can't wait to return to this little oasis on my next trip to China!

The hotel is quite good, directly on the pedestrian street. For those arriving by car, it would be a little frustrating because parking lots in the area (not in the hotel) are always full. In general, I had a good impression.

In the city center and in the scenic area. Really appreciate the FD upgrade my room type.

I soon realized I had booked the wrong hotel (there are two of the same company in pedestrianised Pipa Street), but it was going to he only for two nights. I was surprised not to find a hall with reception, but a mere elevator with a sign that probably indicated that check in area was on 5th floor, but it was in Chinese only. Luckily some residents arrived and took me upstairs, swiping their card... On arrival from the train station at 15:20, tried and with a cold, I was really looking forward to a hot shower and some rest, but no: the room wasn't ready and I had to wait 45" before I got my keys! Quite annoyed I demanded free breakfast as and apology, which I got immediately. The room was modern, bright, basic but comfortable: no dressing robe, only slippers. I would have been happy enough, were it not for the very disappointing, low quality, poor choice breakfast... Location was fun though, close to great shopping streets and alleys lighting up at night, the canal, Confucius Temple and Laomendong.

We had a wonderful stay at Atour Light. It is perfectly located and it was lovely, clean, and the staff was greatly helpful and friendly. I highly recommend staying at this hotel and I look forward to staying here again.

The service attitude is very positive and very good, the location is excellent, the environment is very comfortable.

房間非常舒適，乾淨衞生！地理位置也很好，樓下就是步行街，從前台到客房，都很有禮貌，點贊尤可小姐姐，衞生搞的很乾凈！主要是還有性價比高，很舒服！不會踩雷，值得推薦！下次繼續住！
