Good Services , Friendly services and willingly to assist room guests at anytime with great and sweet smiles 😃 Very clean entire hotel and loves the laundry 🧺 section with clean environments and surprisingly giving free washing endless times as you like ❤️ Nice cafeteria and nice breakfast and really value for money if you stay at this Lovely & Sweet Hotel ❤️ Enjoying my entire stays for 4 Days 3 Nights. Would love ❤️ to come back to stay at this Hotel again if given the chance again. Highly recommended to stay here , which Superb convenience to nice shopping centre near by walking distance only.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist with any request. The location is strategic, making it easy to explore nearby attractions and access public transportation. The room was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, ensuring a pleasant and restful experience. Highly recommend for both business and leisure travelers!

The service robot was a fresh experience but the high tea is pathetic. Could do better with a fridge and safe deposit box. Free laundry is a nice to have.

Non-smokers please note that this listing includes both smoking and non-smoking variants! We did not notice this as other listings we've seen usually indicate whether the room itself is smoking/non-smoking. Additionally the front desk didn't ask for our preference when we were checking in. We only noticed the stench after we had settled in and were ready to sleep. The room is also equipped with a soundproofing door but we were still woken up by loud noises from the hallway and the room above. Besides these issues the room was generally spacious and bedding was comfortable.

Very nice and friendly front desk and services. It is located in 万像城shopping mall and next to subway station. The reason I gave 4 stars to the location is because it is in business district and there is no restaurant open around 9pm when we checked in. We liked the self service laundry room very much given the fact that It was fairy hot and humid days during our stay and we took showers couple of times each day.

Really an instagrameable place to stay in. Near to 2 mega malls! The only downside is, you will need to walk a small distance (1 min walk) to the main road where they could just remove the fence. There are washers, dryers, dettol, softener and detergent are all provided. The room was clean and spacious.

Hotel is located diagonally across Mixc shopping centre and easily accessible from 万象城 station on Line 1. It’s 7 stations away from 朝阳百盛步行街 on the same line. We asked for non-smoking room and were assigned a room on level 3, the only designated non-smoking floor. However the windows open to the atrium courtyard and hotel guests fragrantly flouted the no-smoking signs throughout the hotel and cigarette stench prevails. I advise non-smokers to avoid this place. Hotel has central heating during this period and it’s not possible to control the temperature in your room if you prefer cooler temperature. We had to resort to opening both door and windows to induce airflow from the cooler corridor. 小米 TV provides a reservoir of content for entertainment for purchase if the usual china terrestrial channels are not your cup of tea. The complimentary welcome drinks at the lobby is a nice touch. The complimentary afternoon tea from 2-5pm merely recycles leftovers from breakfast and can be skipped. Next trip back I’ll probably pick a hotel near 朝阳广场 for greater ease of access to shopping and restaurants.

Overall, our stay at U Easy Hotel was good. The most important element for us would be a clean and comfortable bed. U Easy scores high here. The morning breakfast is Chinese and it was delicious and offers a good variety, which is commendable. The location is very good and many new and great shopping malls are nearby. It is located in a quiet corner despite being in downtown. Service at the restaurant is average to good.  Checking in is easier when one speaks Chinese. This is not a glitzy hotel but more like a homey hotel with sufficient amenities.
