The centrally located hotel was convenient for us and ideal for one night while transferring from the train to the plane. The air conditioning was very helpful for given typical temperatures in Nanning. The area itself is busy and, unfortunately, not the cleanest. You can reach the river area in south direction in a few minutes by metro.

Hotel is at prime location close to food and shopping with walking distance to Nanning Railway, Nanning Railway Station Metro and airport bus is just on the opposite. There are 2 check-in area at different building. Entry to room level is via card. Room is clean and spacious with amenities provided including sanitized towel. Faculty tv remote was replaced with speed. Request for late check out at 3pm is available. Staff service is good. Hotel has a caring corner. Enjoyed my stay!

This 4-star hotel is the best choice to stay near the train station - very effective and walkable. Also this location is near the shopping center and plenty of the restaurants.

Big room, but lacking in many aspects Hello, I had mixed feelings about my stay at this hotel. Let me break it down: Pros: 1. The hotel is located in Nanning city, about a 10-minute walk to the nearest mall. 2. For halal food (Lanzhou Ramen), use the left door near the lobby — it's an 8-minute walk away. 3. The cleaning staff, especially the aunty who tidies the rooms every morning, does an excellent job — the room was sparkling clean. 4. Upon check-in, the receptionist upgraded our room. The bed seemed to be a king size, while the rest of the room matched the "green queen" type we initially booked. 5. During check-out, a helpful staff member who spoke English assisted us. Additionally, a male staff member helped carry our bags outside, waited for our Didi ride, and had previously stored our box safely at the lobby. He also provided us with a desk lamp since the room was quite dark. Cons: 1. The hotel is old, dimly lit, and the room had an unpleasant smell. I requested a room change, but the receptionist, with a grumpy attitude, insisted that it was the best room available — not a great experience. 2. To reach Hangyang Mall or Sang Jie Liang Xiang, it's not within walking distance. You'll need to use Didi or the subway, which is a 10-minute walk from the hotel. 3. If you have other options, consider staying closer to Sang Jie Liang Xiang. There are more eateries, shops, and halal food options, including a halal hotel and Lanzhou Lamian restaurant, in that area. Thank you.

Location was good. Short walk to numerous malls and shopping streets. Front desk staff was really helpful and patient, very grateful for them. Room was clean and spacious as well.

The hotel was well located, but the staff attention and customer service were poor. There were days when our room was not serviced and then they asked us to relocate to another room due to 'maintenance', but offered no assistance, and no discount for the disruption. The breakfast was poor and the coffee awful with no fresh juice.

Very good location for food, convenient store along street. The restuarant serving delicious cantoneses tim sum. The hotel staff are very efficient to rectify issues, if any.
