We asked for a bell boy to Carry our luggage to the hotel room but nobody came And during the check list also we had to take outer luggage from the room till the lobby and then to take taxi Not expecting this service from a respirated name in the hotel industry

This is fist time trip to Nantong, I choose this hotel cause many good review. And it is correct review. - Reception man is very welcome - Hotel is very clean - Bedroom is looks new, and the sofa is actually single bed under it - Bedroom is very quite, you will have good sleep at night - There give welcome fruit in the room (thank you) - Food in restaurant have many variation and taste delicious - Laundry room have 3 set of washing+drying machine, they already prepare laundry soap, also have steam iron - Gym room is very nice have several equipment - near the hotel many local restaurant and supermarket - overall service is much more than the hotel price I Recommend this hotel for business trip, next time I will stay again if visit Nantong.

We are grateful that we were checked in immediately after our arrival at noon and we were told our room was upgraded due the room type we booked was not cleaned yet. After leaving our luggages in our rooms, we went out for lunch and exploring the city. I only realised that the floor was dirty about 10pm after we returned when I see stains at the toilet tiled area. On rubbing on it, the tissues were black! I then use the small towel to clean the area (I left a small area unclean as proof) which turns black too! I On complaining to the reception the next morning after breakfast. A staff at the reception, Silence accompanied me to the room and apologised profusely on seeing the towel. She immediately offered a change of room but I am lazy to repack for the change and requested that she get housekeeping to clean up the room properly and treat the cigarettes smell. When we returned later that day, the room was spotlessly cleaned with no lingering cigarettes smell 👍. She also offered a discount for our stay. Sunny (I hope I got her name right) was very helpful in recommending attractions to visit and places to eat. Overall, services from all staffs we encountered were great. Just too bad they hired lousy housekeeping staffs and the head of their housekeeping department.

Overall, modern/ new hotel, solid breakfast, friendly, professional staff, good laundry facilities, solid value hotel. Unfortunately, the biggest issue I encountered is cigarette smell. Note that this contradicts the listings here on the platform, since the room listings are all “non-smoking”, and that hotel management also mentioned in the Q&A section that it’s a non-smoking hotel. Anyhow having traveled quite a bit in this country, it’s understandable when this happens in common areas. But for some reason, cigarette smell is very present *inside* the room at certain hours, a first staying in multiple Hampton by Hilton hotels here, which affected my sleep during the first night - and I highly suspect is caused by cigarette use from the hotel guests in other rooms. Luckily, this issue did not persist into the 2nd night, and that we were able to get an air-purifier from the hotel. ——— 酒店挺新的，前台和工作人员服务都很积极友善，附近步行10-15分钟有个万达广场，早餐丰富，性价比相当不错。 入住的时候有个有趣的对话： 前台：先生，请问对房间有什么要求吗？ 我：要安静的呗，最重要的是无烟 前台：好的，给您安排了XXX号房，免费升级了，离电梯较远会比较安静，也给房间做了无烟处理 到了房间发现窗外就是高速，其实车的声音还是挺大的，并不会安静。更重要的是，出个门回来打开空调竟然有很明显的烟味（入住刚进房间确实没有）😅 前台友善积极，帮我换了个房间，同时也要了空气净化器。这里顺带提一下，电梯出去转右，单数的房号会相对远离高速。所以觉得刚入住和前台的对话没啥大作用。 本身对烟味很抵触的，觉得这个对酒店印象有折扣。平台列出的所有房间都是禁烟的，然后酒店方在平台的Q&A处也明确列出禁烟的。可是，房客走廊可以闻到明显的烟味，甚至有点呛。如果只有这问题还可以谅解，毕竟多数酒店有这个现象，更多是住客问题。第一晚半夜在（换过的）房里睡觉时竟然被烟味熏醒了，空气净化器开到最大，声音会有点大影响睡眠，但没办法了，也关了空调，有缓解一些，大概1am-3am这个时段。住了国内不同希尔顿欢朋酒店（这是第六家）第一次遇上这个问题。第二天给前台反映问题了，派了工程师到房间检查空调/排风扇也让做了深度无烟处理。工程师说房间空调/排风扇是独立的不会被其他房间住客抽烟影响，本人对这个有点怀疑毕竟住了两间房都有这个问题。好在第二晚晚上房里没有遇到烟味问题。 整体来说，烟味问题确实影响了（第一晚）休息，但其他方面，尤其服务意识，是相当不错。也顺带提一下酒店隔壁的餐厅出奇的好吃价钱也不高。

fantastic hotel excellent customer service and awesome breakfast

The hotel facilities are very neat. Also, the breakfast buffet is great. By the way, I was a little surprised because the hotel was too cheap for the facilities and meals. I plan to use this hotel on my business trip in the future.

The front desk service provider name JJ is excellent. 1. Noticed and help to cancel one repeated booking. 2. Personally, assist in transferring 5 luggage case to my room 3. Provide details explanation on the room services and hotel facilities 4. Politely greeted the guests whenever they walk over the front desk Whereas the facilities is good with gym room and washing & dryers machines. The service in front desk, breakfast section and housekeeping are good. I strongly recommend this Hotel to friends and will repeated stay whenever I am in Nantong.

It's a good hotel, but the staff don't speak English, I find that happens regularly in China even if there is an international hotel
