Svar från boendet: Dear RaymondWe are very sorry for your experience.After receiving your letter, we check the storage of towels and sheets as soon as possible.it seems ok like usual.We check the records to see if other guests had the same reaction.Hotels regularly cleaning and disinfection operations.The last time was 9/23.We will clean and check again to avoid a recurrence.Hope your family feel better now.We very sorry for the inconvenience.
