Fuli Hot Spring Resort recensioner

We spent New Year’s Eve at Fuli Hot Spring hotel and really enjoyed our stay! The private hot springs are very relaxing. The buffet could be a little less but higher quality.

Great family stay at the Fuli Hotsprint resort. There was a massive onsen spa which the whole family could use to soak in.

The hotel is old and has a disgusting smell. The spa is just a bathtub with tap water. The service is bad and staff doesn’t give any support when I try to ask a pair of kids slippers. The breakfast was terrible with limited options. I don’t think I will book or recommend anyone to go to this hotel.

The place is clean and well furnished. There are many recreational facilities within the hotel and it is a short walk away from the lakeside.

One of the best onsen resort around the region with lots of amenities provided. Room is big and clean with a beautiful onsen tub. Recommended for anyone planning to stay around the sun moon lake.

Hotel a short walk from bus station hence very convenient. The staff were all very friendly and helpful

Hotel was just a 5mins walk away from the bus stop and 10mins walk away from the Shuishe pier. Service staff were polite and were able to advise on the bus to Taichung from Sun Moon Lake. Amenities in the resort is decent and the in room hot spring is awesome. The room looks a little dated though.

Staff are friendly, room is good, just air conditioning a bit not enough! But staff provided two fans very efficiently. Breakfast selection wide. Location convenient, just a few min walk, can reach 7-11, Starbucks, and the pier!

The location is convenient. Easy access to the lake. The onsen is excellent. The room is quiet and clean. The breakfast is good with a lot of food choices.

I have nothing to complain everything else except the checkin and out counter. The ladies work extremely slow. They also are not mindful when handling visitors' personal info. Service aside, the room is great - spacious, comfy, neat.

If i could rename this please i would like to call the kingdom of dust ". I asked to change to another room but unfortunately also the second room wasn't clean properly.. Those rooms are not cheap, one night cost 4500 twd around 150 usd. I don't know how this can be a four stars hotel with such of low quality. Also trip. Com have responsibility coz you need to check the structures that you recommend.
