Sfendamos Wood Village

Sfendamos Village is an ideal destination for relaxation and rejuvenation. The wooden chalets are well maintained, and the friendly, attentive team ensures a warm and welcoming experience. The serene, vibrant natural surroundings create a peaceful atmosphere, while the restaurant, main area, and lobby provide excellent options for delicious food, coffee, and quality leisure time. Conveniently located just 5 minutes from the 3-5 Pigadia ski center, 30 minutes from Naousa, and 50 minutes from both Edessa and Veroia, Sfendamos Village offers easy access to nearby attractions and cities, making it a perfect base for exploration. Pricing was reasonable and overall we had excellent time!

Everything was how we expected to be rellay amazing place top ,it was that what we wanted ,We wanted some snow also and we found, and the best thing is it was so close to the ski centre 3-5 Pigadia the perfect combination 😀 👌. And the end is the members of the staff was so great with us and with our children.

The location was beautiful, nestled in nature. The spaces were very clean. The breakfast was pleasant. The restaurant offered good quality food, but with a limited variety. The couple who owned the place were truly exceptional, and their kindness significantly elevated my review! The accommodation is quite far from anything related to civilization, and the road, albeit asphalt, is bad. The television was unbelievably small, only in the dining area, with very mediocre quality sofas that were uncomfortable to sit on. No television in the bedroom. Very poor wifi. Given that it's in the middle of nowhere, if you can't move towards civilization, something needs to be done. Perhaps it would be useful to have a set of cutlery and two plates in the room.

Amazing Hospitality to top a beautiful cottage! Mr. Merkos, Ms. Maria and Demetris were always available and eager to help with a genuine smile on their face. This was our second time at Sfendamos and we are definitely going back again as soon as we get the chance.

The cabins are very clean, well maintained and equipped with everything you would need for a short stay. The air is fresh and crisp and the scenery is fantastic during any season but if you're there during the winter you will enjoy exquisite views of the snowed mountains. Sfendamos is about 7 minutes away from the 3 - 5 Pigadia Ski resort and very easy to get to. There's free parking space at the entrance and you can even get your car closer to your cabin to drop your things off if needs be. The restaurant/bar at reception is very elegantly decorated and the massive windows give you fantastic views of the mountains. The food is locally resourced and cooked very well by the chefs. There are a lot of great regional wines on the menu and the staff is knowledgeable enough to make good suggestions. Now, one of the best things about Sfendamos Wood Village is the owners. They are so polite, friendly, and kind from the very first moment you will step foot in (apologies but I cannot remember their names at the moment). One of our friends got sick during our stay and had to stay behind in the cabin for a day while we were exploring. They phoned me and asked me if needed any help until we come back and made sure the cleaner wouldn't disturb them at all during the day. The next morning they tried to adjust the breakfast to help our friend recover and offered their help once again in case we needed something. A great stay that disconnects you from the busy reality we all live in with great staff and stunning nature surrounding you! Thank you for everything.

The place was beyond expectations! Very nice and comfortable accommodation, great heating, kids friendly, The most amazing and unexpected thing during the stay was the quality and variety of food in an a very nice restaurant/bar area with the a fireplace. The staff was very friendly! I would return without any doubt and I definitely recommend it to any traveler!
