Awesome experience at Kanale's from the moment we arrived to when we left! We had just left a horrible hotel experience in Santorini and coming here was an absolute breathe of fresh air. The staff was so kind and helpful. The room was clean and the breakfast buffet each day was great. It's about a 10 minute walk into the main part of Noussa so we were able to walk back and forth throughout the day/night as needed. The only thing to note is there are many stairs, so keep this in mind if you struggle with them. All in all, an excellent experience and would highly recommend!!

DEFINITELY STAY HERE if you want to be close to the beach & Naoussa town to party at night. Lovely room with everything you need. They give you complimentary bottle of water everyday. You have tea/coffee making facilities. Full buffet breakfast included which is very delicious my favourite was the spinach pie (little serves). There is a lovely pool area which was nice & quiet while we were there to sit around & read or use until 8.30pm.

Kanale’s Rooms This gem is amazing. Perfect location with a 2 minute easy walk to the beach and about 5 minutes walk to Naoussa town . Everything about this hotel is ideal. A very happy and welcoming greeting from the Reception Staff to the perfect and thorough cleaning from housekeeping makes this a perfect base for your stay in Paros . The rooms are well decorated and a good size , Yes there are a lot of steps and no there isnt a lift , but this is a small boutique resort hotel on an idilic island in the Aegean , so in keeping with the landscape this is how all hotels are . Service in all aspects was friendly , helpful and welcoming , food and service at the Restaurant was exceptional, the pool is cool and deep and the perfect spot to cool down . There isn’t anything negative about the hotel , so please don’t go by the comments that might reflect that. Would return to the hotel again and again .

Lovely restaurant and bar staff. Great cleaning staff. It was spotless. Really good food. The let-down was reception staff. Messed stuff up. Not helpful. Didn’t book our restaurants. Room mistakes. But never apologised and kind of blamed us. The manager was abrasive to us. Such a shame. Paros is lovely though. And the location is good.

Average, not worth the money we paid for the stay. They mixed up our planned port pick up & left us waiting there for 40 minutes, so we ended up getting a taxi. When I checked in, the man at the reception just said sorry and shrugged his shoulders. This didn’t make us feel welcomed. The room was nice, nothing special for the price. We paid $800 per night. In my opinion it needs a renovation lift. The staff at reception could be more polite and smile. The staff at breakfast were so nice, and the breakfast was nice. The location was convenient. Would I recommend my friends and family here, no. I would suggest them to look for something with more value for money.

We are currently staying at this hotel and it’s perfect in every way. The location is excellent (5-10 min stroll into Naousa) the decor is immaculate and the food and drinks are incredible. Everything has been thought of to make it a perfect stay. It’s such a beautiful spot and I wish we were staying longer.

Worst experience ever…. We got kicked out of the hotel by the manager… when we first came in the receitionest requested us to write our crefit card info in a paper which is not secured .. we refused and asked them to either give them cash deposit or tap the card and we already paid fully through ******* for the nights..she gave me the manager on the phone and he was very disrepectful then i wrote the card number and told them just give me room keys the receptionist refused and the manager came screaming and kicked us out of the hotel !!!!!!!! Thsi was the worst experience everr! Very disrespectful and non professional

Nicely appointed hotel with views swimming pool, roof top restaurant and bar. Convenient walk into town and close to local beach. All the staff were very good from the reception (Clementine), restaurant staff (Veronica, Eva, George), to the housemaids. Nothing was too ha d or a problem. Enjoyed the stay at kinales very much

We found the hotel to be clean. The breakfast was very good with a large variety of food from which to choose, and they make a good double cappuccino. The restaurant is open throughout the day and evening if you want to eat other meals there. The restaurant staff was wonderful. The view from the hotel is nice but not great. However, the location is good. It is less than a 10-minute walk to the town of Naousa which has many restaurants and shops. There is a beach about a 2-minute walk from the hotel. If you want a sun lounger, you have to pay or you can bring a towel which is what most people do, and the hotel provides beach towels. Unfortunately, there was construction going on at the hotel next door. During our stay, they did not do much work so the noise was minimal. If you book directly with the hotel online, transfers are included. However, we received an email prior to our arrival that said a transfer would be thirty euros each way. We had to “remind” them that our transfers to and from the port were included. Upon checkout, we noticed a thirty euro transfer charge. We brought this to their attention, and it was removed.
