It’s was a beautiful resort, They have many swimming pool and many restaurants and many activities 😍👍, but the resort far from the city:)

Nature at us best !! The resort itself is stunning !! the scenery, the atmosphere, and the facilities are truly beautiful and make this place feel almost perfect. BUT !!! the food experience was extremely disappointing and does not match the standard of the resort. We were a group of eight and tried both the Italian restaurant and the Castle restaurant. In both places, the food quality was well belowwwww expectations: overpriced, lacking in flavor, and served with very poor timing… Dishes were delayed by more than an hour and a half after others had already finished, and when we asked to cancel a dish that was inedible, the staff refused… It’s a shame, because the location is perfect and has so much potential. But unless there is a serious improvement in the culinary side . starting with the chef — it leaves guests hungry and frustrated rather than satisfie…

You make a reservation, receive a booking confirmation with a payment in $ not Gel! Amount is of 497$, then you arrive to the reception asking to pay in $ and you are asked to pay 530$ (Cash or credit). They offer to pay in GEL but you can withdraw 400*4 times. Not the kind of service you expect from a 5 star hotel.

הגענו אתמול קיבלנו חדר קטן בלי מיטה לילדים למרות שהזמנו חדר משפחה גדול עם 2 מיטות . אין מזגן, אין מגבות, אין מעלית, אין מקרר. המלון לא מטפל בבעיות וטוען שהוא כרגע בבעיה ואין לו מה לעשות. המלון גם מאשים את ספק השירות וטוען שהוא רימה אותנו בנוגע לחדר. כרגע יש פה הפסקת חשמל כללית - פשוט בזיון. נאלצנו לנסות לישון עם הילדים במיטה, בלי להתקלח ( כי אין מגבות ) ולפתוח את הדלת בשביל אויר - וככה זה נשמע ( מצורף וידאו ) לא ישנו כל הלילה - סיוט. לא מומלץ! We arrived yesterday We got a small room without a bed for the kids even though we booked a large family room with 2 beds. No air conditioning, no towels, no elevator, no refrigerator. The hotel does not address the problems and claims that it is currently in trouble and there is nothing it can do. The hotel also blames the service provider and claims that he cheated us about the room. There is currently a general power outage here - We had to try to sleep with the kids in bed, without showering (because there are no towels) and opening the door for air - and this is what it sounds like (video attached) Not recommended! just a disgrace. We haven’t slept for a minute, completely awful Not recommended!

This is quite a remarkable resort in a country still trying to free itself from the long shadow of former Soviet domination. The setting is pristine, with a beautiful lake and extensive grounds. There are multiple recreational options available and multiple dining choices as well. Service is first rate. I was there while visiting Georgia’s wineries, and it was well situated from that perspective too.

We recently stayed at this resort and were quite disappointed with the overall experience. The ATV tour offered through the hotel was poorly managed. The instructor didn’t give a proper safety briefing, didn’t check if participants understood how to operate the ATVs, and rode far ahead without monitoring the group. The situation felt unsafe and unprofessional. Medical support on-site is extremely limited and very basic. Also, ATVs in Georgia are typically not insured, so in case of damage, you’ll be expected to cover the costs yourself — and don’t expect much empathy or assistance from the staff. Service overall was underwhelming. The staff seemed very young (around 14–15 years old), and unfortunately, this showed in their lack of experience and professionalism. Food-wise, avoid the full board option. We were served the same dry chicken, rice, and potatoes every day for six days. Everything felt overcooked and reheated. Thankfully, the restaurants inside the resort are much better — tasty food, good prices, and a pleasant atmosphere. We were surprised by the lack of hospitality and guest care, something we expected to find in Georgia. Unfortunately, this was our first and likely last visit.
