Hotel Poerio 25 Boutique Stay

First time in Naples, I stayed three nights and here is my experience: What I Liked: * Located in a quiet district in a narrow street with boutiques and restaurants * My room was extremely spacious, you could hold a drink party of four * Quality of furniture and interior decoration was very good * Separate shower & toilet which is a big plus * Receptionist Mrs. Celia was extremely helpful, smiley and spoke well in English What I did not like: * This is not a hotel. This is furnished rooms with partial reception ( I think receptionist leaves at 21:00 PM. * At nights especially during the weekends, Neapolitan youth gathers in the street below and this makes the street very noisy. It can go after midnight * There is no seating area or waiting area in the check in and this makes the arrival experience bit uncomfortable Overall a good experience. Good stay for a first time visitor in Naples.

Absolutely brilliant. Excellent and very helpful staff. The room was very clean. The area surrounding the hotel was also very safe and in close proximity to many restaurants. Recommended. Now I have written enough letters to finish the review.

This is a nice boutique hotel in a good area of Naples. Close to the seafront and port as well as nice shops, bars and restaurants. The accommodation decor is stylish and it is maintained to a high standard. The staff are English speaking and were very friendly and helpful to us. It has key card entry and a lift - which was important to us due to my wife’s limited mobility. The room amenities were good including a cable TV ( mostly Italian channels), kettle/ coffee maker and fridge. It also had a safe. If anything we could have done with more wardrobe space as we stayed for 6 days - but it wouldn’t stop us returning! Highly recommend!

An hidden gem in the elegant Piazza dei Martiri area. Nested in the heart of the city, walking distance from many touristic attraction: Lungomare, Casteldell’Ovo, Galleria Borbonica, Teatro San Carlo and close to the best restaurants and cafes in town. An ancient building, entirely restored, modern and full of comfort rooms and a great staff. At the reception, a young lady named Rita, considerate, thoughtful and brilliant in finding always a solution. Poerio 25 is definitely a great option for a lovely stay!

Booked the Superior room -- room was well decorated, modern, clean and the bath was large. Check-in was efficient. Staff was informative and friendly. Great location in the Chiaia area, convenient to shopping, sites and restaurants. Good value.

Can't fault this hotel at all. the rooms were very clean and modern. very spacious with high ceilings. bathroom was like what you would find in a luxury hotel. check in was quick and easy. the hotel is not manned all the time so you have to let them know your check in time before you arrive. communication was excellent. the hotel is situated in a busy area with lots of restaurants, cafes and bars nearby. and just a short walk to the beach front. you can get the bus round the corner into the centre of Napoli. bed was super comfy and huge! While we were on Holiday my wife had to visit the hospital and was told to take it easy. we were due to check out around 11 and then we would have had the whole day in Napoli without a hotel for our flight at 1030 pm. we explained the situation to the hotel and asked if we could pay for a late check out. they let us stay in the room until 6pm before we left for the airport for free! was so great of them to do that for us.
