Poetica Boutique Sky Hotel

First of all, I would like to say that the staff is very friendly and helpful. However, the challenge begins on arrival, as the hotel entrance is difficult to find. We had booked a Superior Double room and one King Standard room. Please note that if you book a King Standard room, its size corresponds to a storage room. You should not use this room for two people as it is simply too small. This room also has a separate bathroom, but there is only space for a small shower and a toilet. The washbasin is located directly next to the small double bed. Furthermore, your room neighbors must not be sensitive to noise. The exhaust fan in the bathroom made noise like a helicopter during take off. Even after asking the reception to repair the fan, no action was taken by the hotel to remedy this defect. The breakfast room on the top floor is lovingly furnished, offers a wonderful view over Naples, but is also very limited in terms of space. The breakfast staff is very friendly and helpful. However, the breakfast buffet is also very limited. It is somewhat surprising that, for example, the ham is unabashedly taken out of the vacuum packaging in front of the guests and placed on the buffet. likewise, vegetables that were not eaten the day before are returned to the buffet the following day. The selection of bread and pastries is very limited. There are freshly baked croissants and pastries, but these also come from the freezer. On the hotel's website you will find the following entry: "we present Poetica: a hotel that we have designed to think about how we would have liked to host our friends visiting Naples.". I wonder if the owners don't like some of their friends...

The location of the hotel is great, staff is very kind and helpful. The hotel is new and nicely decorated but missing some basic things. Better protection from daylight, soundproof walls, some wall hanger for clothes or table to put things on... In the bathroom there is no towel rack or shelf in the shower. Breakfast starts a bit late so it would be nice to have coffee/tea machine in the room if you want to go out earlier. Terrace with jacuzzi is nice, but in a case of rain the mud is falling down from the roof directly in the jacuzzi. Also better partition between balconies would be nice because our neighbors often peeked on our balcony and that is annoying.

Great location for exploring Naples. Hotel very clean and friendly. Lovely views from the rooftop terrace. A sign to show where it is outside the building would help as it’s difficult to find but Antonio our driver was great and showed us. Tea and coffee and kettle in the room would be nice and also a glass for drinks from the mini bar.

Un très bel hôtel intimiste ! Des chambres en 8 ème étage avec jacuzzi, grandes et toutes en baies vitrées avec vue sur la ville et des échappées sur la mer. Un personnel accueillant. Hôtel dans un quartier a l’urbanisme soigné. Une entrée de l’hôtel atypique…

Camera molto bella con sauna ,ed in terrazza una vasca idromassaggio con una panoramica vista su Napoli.Colazione dolce e salata con buonissime sfogliatelle napoletane. Staff molto gentile, bravissimi tutti. Torneremo sicuramente.

Ottima posizione per visitare la città, a due passi da fermata metro. Un po' difficile trovare l'ingresso in quanto manca un cartello che lo identifichi. Buona la sistemazione in camera, andrebbe migliorata l'insonorizzazione, sia con l'esterno che con le altre camere. Terrazza grande, con vasca idromassaggio, molto piacevole, andrebbe migliorata la privacy, in quanto i separé non arrivano a chiudere lo spazio tra i vicini. Colazione ok, e soprattutto personale molto simpatico e disponibile
