The hotel is very exclusive located in the middle of the main street, Via Toledo, and close to Toledo subway station and Molo Beverello Port. Modern rooms and staff very polite and helpful. Highly recommended.

The room was recently renovated. Very modern and clean. The big disappointment was the AC. We told the staff it did not seem to be working well and they said it was turned down as much as it could be. The thermostat said 19 C but it was no where close to that. As a result, we spent a very uncomfortable night. Had the AC worked properly I would give this a 5 star but to spend as much on the room as we did and be uncomfortable is not acceptable.

The good: The location is right on a pedestrian street in the heart of the city. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. They even prepared breakfast a little early for us to accommodate our tour schedule. The breakfast options were adequate for a small hotel. The room was very spacious and clean. The not-so-good: Noise. We had one of the spa tub rooms which had little natural light and the only small window was on an alley. So, we were treated to motorcycles rumbling, loud talking, breaking glass noises and more. I would recommend staying in a different type of room which I suspect would be quieter.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, making us feel very welcome. Our room (a suite) was lovely, with a very comfortable bed. The bathroom was nice too. Our small balcony was a great place to watch people go by on the busy Via Toledo below, but it was not too noisy at night as the patio door and shutters kept the sound out. It is a small hotel, so the staff multi-task and were happy to bring a coffee or bottle of wine on request. Breakfast was nice, with local cakes included in the buffet. As the hotel is in a pedestrianised zone you need to be prepared to carry your own luggage, and there is a single flight staircase up to the 1st floor reception when you arrive. This would normally be fine, but we had just been to a wedding and had more luggage than usual. During our stay we typically used the side entrance to come and go, as that was only a couple of steps down into the street. The hotel's location is great, with so many pizzerias and shops within easy reach. The Toldeo metro station is nearby too. It's only a 2 minute walk to where taxis drop off. We'd definitely return.

A positive surprise in the middle of a busy business street in Naples. Our room, with a balcony overlooking the narrow street between the houses, was surprisingly quiet. No problems with sleeping. A small hotel, but its interior design and pleasant staff were well worth visiting on your next trip to Naples

Great spot close to wonderful reasonably priced restaurants. Room was large and very clean. Beds comfortable as were the pillows. Soundproofing was perfect and a nice large TV . Staff were very friendly and helpful. In walking distance of the castle. Taxi rank 100 m away.

This hotel is ideally located in the centre of Naples. It’s perfect for reaching the main attractions and is on the main shopping street. The rooms are spacious and despite being on a very busy street, the windows block out all the noise - there’s an additional set of doors which close over the windows to block the light as well. Access to the hotel with luggage isn’t easy due to the sloping streets, but this is the compromise if you want to be in the heart of the city. The concierge was extremely helpful with our luggage and even wheeled our baggage down the street to our waiting taxi.

The hotel is located within walking distance to almost every site seeing thing you would want to do. It is also convenient to metro. The hotel is beautiful inside, the bedroom is spacious and comfortable. They provide a lovely breakfast. It is on a walking street so the taxi needs to drop you a very short distance away. Also if you arrive late evening get very detailed instructions on how to get in. I recommend to my friends!

We stayed here for a weekend in may. Our room was large and airy with a balcony overlooking the galleria Umberto. Room and bathroom were spotless and well appointed. Will definitely stay here if visiting Naples again. The only small problem we had was gaining access to check in. We were a bit confused as there was a huge door but you need to use the intercom. After this access is gained via a private doorway for residents. Very centrally located and we walked to all the touristy places.
