The hotel is in a great location but unfortunately the facilities are terrible, so bad that I couldn’t even stay there. The facilities are extremely outdated and no air conditioning. The fan was old and very noisy

In realta' l esperienza e' stata abbastanza disastrosa trovandomi davanti ad un portone chiuso alle 10 di sera pur provvisto di regolare prenotazione ed essendo garantito servizio "front desk 24h su 24". Ma forse meglio cosi perche la location sembra abbastanza squallida e il servizio clienti di trip.com ha provveduto a trovarmi una sistemazione dignitosa li vicino . Si e' messo un giudizio neutro alla voce "pulizia" perche' in realta' non si e' potuto entrare , ma le scale comunque sono abbastanza sporche.

I have very few positive words that can describe this experience! Having made the wrong decision to walk from the station we struggled to actually find the place. It was a 45 minute walk uphill on cobbles. Thank God for Google Maps and Street View!! We struggled up 4 flights of stairs with our cases to be greeted by the owner and were shown to our room! It was dreadful, I would be embarrassed to rent this out to anyone!!! The decoration was awful and the bedding was dirty! The view from the dodgy balcony was nice though. Basically it is just a room in someone’s flat! The shared bathroom was through the dining room of the owner, who was sat there most of the time. There was a sliding lock on the inside of the door and we were given a padlock to secure the room when we went out!!! Fortunately we arrived late in the day and left first thing in the morning so I have no idea about breakfast!! I would NOT recommend this place to anyone with children/young adults as my daughter did not feel safe.

Tricky place to find, the man was quite rude. Our room was entered by another guest, took some of our belongings including the key and left clothes on the floor. Very uncomfortable and felt unsafe so did not stay the duration and found another accommodation.

I had so many issues with my stay here. The main one was that I booked a family room with four single beds and got two single beds wedged into a tiny room (no space between or either side of the beds). This room doesn't appear on any of the listings (photo attached). The shared toilet and shower aren't mentioned on the listing. My check in and check out times were changed on the day short notice. They say they offer toiletries but don't. I was never offered the breakfast they claim to provide. There was also a resident cockroach in my room. The whole establishment is run down. It would be absolutely fine for travelers looking for something basic, but the misleading information made for a terrible stay.

Travellers need to be aware that it is a big flat. You have no privacy as if you want to go to have a shower you have to cross through the living room. Most of the time the lady is watching the TV so every time you need to go to the shower you will encounter her. It is a bit uncomfortable from my point of view. The apartment and walls are quite old so you will hear every single noise. I recommend to wear earplugs. Next to my room someone was snoring and could be heard like if that person was next to you. The owner is kind and that was appreciated but the above aspects made my stay not too great.

Would like to recommend this place to solo travelers. The hosts are nice, rooms are big and very clean. The location is great. No aircondition in the rooms so might get hot in summer. Great value for money.

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura e purtroppo è stata un’esperienza da dimenticare. Le condizioni dell’alloggio erano pessime: sporco, trascurato e con evidenti segni di mancata manutenzione. Arredi vecchi e rovinati, bagno in condizioni discutibili e un odore sgradevole ovunque. Il personale? Ancora peggio. Scortesi, poco disponibili e per nulla professionali. Qualsiasi richiesta sembrava dar loro fastidio, e il servizio era al limite dell’assurdo. Inoltre, sul sito era indicata la colazione inclusa, ma una volta arrivati ci è stato detto che non era disponibile. Nessuna spiegazione, nessuna alternativa, solo un “non c’è” detto in modo scocciato. Una presa in giro. L’unica cosa che salvo è la posizione, effettivamente comoda per spostarsi e visitare la zona. Ma sinceramente, non vale assolutamente il prezzo né il disagio. Non lo consiglierei nemmeno al mio peggior nemico.
