Hotellet ligger mycket bra till, en kvarts promenad från centralstationen i Neapel och ungefär likadant från det historiska centrumet. Det ligger också nära tunnelbanestationen Cavour. Litet rum, även om det är sant att vi hade ett billigt pris. Trots det är mängden gel de lämnar för ett rum för två personer löjlig, en flaska så liten att en person knappt kan ta en dusch, än mindre två. Vi köpte en flaska gel i en närliggande stormarknad. Frukostbuffén var inte dålig, om än lite sparsam, mycket godis (kakor, kex, croissanter etc.) och lite salt, lite kallskuret och lite ost. Ingen varm mat. På alla hotell med självrespekt bör det finnas åtminstone några äggröra, stekta eller liknande. Gratis Wi-Fi i hela hotellet med bra hastighet. Trevlig personal, både i receptionen och i restaurangen. Det är inget dåligt alternativ, men de borde förbättra de små detaljerna. Hälsningar resenärer...

Även om jag gjorde ett åtagande kunde jag inte hitta en sämre plats i Neapel än så här. Smutsig och mycket eftersatt miljö. Trånga rum och badrum, smutsiga, daterade möbler och i dåligt skick. Trasig toalettskål, dito duschmunstycke. Personalen i receptionen inte så vänlig. Undvik dem bara!!!

We were a large party. Check in was organised and went smoothly. From start to finish the staff at this wonderful hotel were attentive, helpful and charming. I would like to mention Carlo, Monica and Lucretia who were so helpful all day and every day. We had a glitch hitch with the air con in one of our rooms and the issue was sorted quickly. Breakfast and dinner were very good. Breakfast had a great selection of foods to suit everyone. We had a G/F person in our group and this was no problem at all. Dinner was wonderful with tasty dishes served every evening. My room was charming. It was spotless and well presented. The bed was very comfortable. There was a lovely roof terrace which was a great place to unwind after a busy day. Thank you to all the staff at this hotel who made our stay so enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Where to begin. Our stay at this hotel was a significant disappointment, especially considering the price we paid. The room was in poor condition, with noticeable dirt and a shower that barely functioned. Despite paying for a balcony view, we were disappointed to find none. The room itself was cramped, lacking wardrobe space, and furnished with pillows the quarter of a normal size. Also, the lock to our door barely worked and felt quite unsafe. The room was the worst i’ve ever been in and I’ve stayed in many basic hostels. Our sleep was frequently disrupted by noise, including early morning piano playing at 5am and a prolonged screaming match from the above floor, which went on from 3am to 7am and management failed to address despite our complaints. While the hotel's location was convenient for accessing the train station, it was a bit far from the metro. The breakfast offered was unappetizing and lacking variety, further diminishing our experience. The only bright spot was the pleasant demeanour of the barman. Moreover, despite claims of a rooftop bar, it was non-existent. Additionally, upon departure, we were surprised to find an attempt to overcharge us for the tourist tax (charged us for 3 people instead of 2). Overall, our stay left much to be desired, and we felt like we wasted our money. The only redeeming aspect of our holiday was leaving this disappointing hotel. While I can typically tolerate basic accommodations, the disparity between the hotel's advertised features and what we experienced was unacceptable.
