I had stayed an Apartment before I moved to Hermes hotel. Due to my flight delay, I had to stay longer in Napoli. After a few weeks of long journey in Italia, I wanted to stay in a nice and cozy hotel. I looked over a few hotel reviews and find out a nice place. My choice wasn't wrong! After booking, Mario started taking care of us immediately. He gave some information, checked out arrival time by message. When we arrived, he showed us around our room and hotel facilities. Also, he introduced tour places and delicious Napoli food to us. In my opinion, It must be very useful to newly arrived tourists in Napoli. Hotel rooms are perfect. Entire hotel looked new and clean. Especially shower system was very powerful and new. there are 3 configurations you must use them. I didn't use Sauna, It looked very good, too. Hermes hotel has kitchen and good breakfast. Hotel staffs take care of breakfast service themselves. In my case, I used the open kitchen at night too. It was good to use hot water at cold night. Most of all, I was moved by their kindness. I think Hermes hotel is more than business to Mario. He always thinks about his guests, and doing his best. He knows what we need and how to make us happy. Also he is very polite and never over it. I had very good time in Hermes hotel. Until my leaving Napoli, Mario helps me a lot. I appreciate his hospitality, I come back to Hermes next time.

My husband and I chose to stay at Hermes as we wanted to stay somewhere small, local and friendly. Having read reviews on Trip Advisor we were not disappointed. Mario & Antonio made us feel very welcome from the start. Nothing was too much trouble and we were given recommendations on where to visit and also where to eat. Hermes is immaculately clean, modern and comfortable. There is a small breakfast/ open plan kitchen area where you can help yourself to tea/ coffee whenever you like. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Naples and would highly recommend a stay at Hermes. Thank you Mario and Antonio for your hospitality.

We stayed at this gem of a hotel twice during our week-long visit to the Campania region. It was perfect for us as, being a family with three young children, we were in walking distance of the train station and the centre of Naples and had a large room which could sleep all five of us comfortably. Despite being close to the restaurants and bars, the hotel is quiet and peaceful. It is also spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated: a real oasis in the bustling city. We felt really welcomed and looked after throughout both our stays. We will be recommending Hermes to any of our family & friends who visit Naples.

We could not have asked for better hosts. Antonio and Mario were wonderful and accommodating. It was our first time visiting in Naples and we were given ideas on where to go and what to do. The room was spacious and clean. Great central location, we walked every where. We were treated like family and would not hesitate to return again in the future.

This hotel was fantastic in every way, location, cleanliness, and host excellent. Breakfast very good, the room itself was huge, Netflix, view all very good. Bathroom was a spa bath and all immaculately clean. Host was very helpful indeed, highly recommend.

This gem of a hotel was a true find. All the great reviews were true ! Clean, modern, ergonomic room.An oasis of calm in the frenetic pace of Naples. The hosts, Mario and Antonio were so kind, helpful, gracious and nothing was too much trouble. The coffee and breakfast was generous. My single room was larger than I imagined , very modern bathroom, with strong water pressure. But most of all, very quiet and peaceful. I didn’t try the sauna and spa due to lack of time, but it was sparkling clean and beautiful … thanks for a special stay in Napoli , I’m coming back ! Donna M, London, UK

Ya la pasé bastante mal con sus camas rotas y duras , su susiedad,que ahora tengo que soportar amenazas telefónicas de parte del dueño esto es inadmisible Siendo viajero frecuente jamas e pesado por este mal trago. Espero recapaciten ,ordenen el lugar y den más de un corneto de desayuno.

Cualquier cosa que diga se queda corto, espectacular, la atención de Mario y Antonio m atentos en todo momento, habitaciones fabulosas y buen desayuno. Cerca de plaza garibaldi, vía tribunali, duomo... Volvería sin dudarlo al mismo sitio. Recomendable

Excellent emplacement pour découvrir les tresors du patrimoine historique de Naples. A proximité( 15mn à pied ) de la gare centrale permettant d'utiliser facilement le réseau de transports en commun pour notamment aller visiter Pompei. Hebergement très bien entretenu. Le maitre des lieux est très sympa et de bon conseil pour ne rien louper de la visite. Très bonne experience.
