Cellamare Suite & Spa

Excellent location, right in the middle of shops bars restaurants etc , but it needs to be cleaned badly, shower was disgusting, so much so we didn't even attempt to use it ,, and the smell in the bathroom was sickening. It's a pity because it's so central.

Be aware. My mom’s watch was stolen in her room and the hotel did nothing to recover it or compensate for it. Talking to hotel manager, Salvador, a bracelet was stolen 2 weeks ago as well. We have the cleaning crew person as a witness that the watch was in the room when she cleaned the room. And they told us they checked card activity and no one other than her had accessed the room when we were gone! Watch worried $1000 and had a sentimental value to my mom. She is and was very upset. This hotel was not good in general and this experience made it much worst. Stay away. Shady business.

Loved Cellamare Suites! All of our requests were accommodated! We were picked up at the airport, they met us downstairs and carried all of our bags to our room and were available 24/7 for any questions. The room was beautiful, spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. We had a cute little balcony overlooking all of the shops. Our room had a beautiful large jacuzzi as well. The location was excellent, in the middle of everything. We were able to easily walk everywhere we wanted to go. We also had something happen where my husband left a bag in our room and we didnt realize until we were at the airport. Salvatore, the owner of Cellamare Suites was communicating with me back and forth and he was able to get our baggage back to us and didnt ask for anything in return which was extremely kind. I would highly recommend Cellamare Suites for anyone who wants to stay in the heart of the city in a fabulous luxurious suite and a great price. I would without a doubt return here!

Excellent location, friendly host, comfortable room, adequate facilities, good cleaning, cooperation with guests, soundproof windows so that no street noise enters the room. Save on transportation costs due to excellent access to Naples attractions. I recommend it.
