The room was clean , it was a good area one road back from the lovely promenade and the buildings in the road were all palaces that had been split into residential, businesses and B&Bs. The buildings were lovely. The sheets were clean but had a couple of old ingrained marks on. The building was very secure and we felt very safe However as mentioned by previous guests MOSQUITO NETS are a must, and would not cost much as there are only 6 rooms in the B&B. Also as mentioned by previous guests the fridge in room 1 was not working. We messaged the manager Salvatori , to ask if there was a boat to Capri from the promenade and his reply was no😐. He could have let us know that if we went to the port, where you can see a castle on the waters edge, and where the cruise ships docked you could get boats to many different places. There were many places to eat locally, and Mergallina train station was just around the corner. We went on a day trip from here to Pompeii We had a pre arranged breakfast at Cafe Gramsci, and Gerano and his staff where very friendly and helpful.
