We booked this hotel when we realized our existing accomodation was too far from the main station. The receptionist we booked with was pleasant, unlike the pompous, arrogant ony tailed one we encountered when we actually checked in on the morning of Sunday 15th September. He shouted at us in front of other guests when we used a table to rearrange our belongings, then proceeded to ignore us thereafter. He did not give us a wifi code and we were too fed up by then to ask. The bed was hard, the aircon was ancient and started spitting out ice randomly. We were also treated like children and told to leave our key every time we left the room. Apart from its location near the central station, this hotel has nothing else going for it, and the arrogant receptionist has ensured that I will never stay there ever again. Stay away from this place, there are other decent hotels close by, which i wish I had taken the trouble to check out.

Do not stay at the Hotel Clarean - if your flight is delayed they will not hold the room for you even if you contact them to explain you will be late. Terrible service when you arrive to discover you no longer have anywhere to stay. They withhold your money despite reselling your room you have booked for several nights. No apology from them either, they blame ***********

Avoid this hotel..this is not trusted because they cancelled our reservation at last minute so we didn't have where to stay. This treatment was terrible because we were in panic in the unknowing country.

Scary location full of scary looking migrants hanging about right outside. Room Full of mosquitoes and bed bugs,they won’t let you take key with you in when you go out then bearded guy at reception always on phone to his mates when you want key. Shower screen doesn’t work so bathroom floods with every shower. Tv remote doesn’t work and room had the worlds smallest tv must be maximum 17 inches Would hate to think what would happen in a fire with all corridors and crazy big steps to reception . Front door always locked so you have to wait to enter hotel Laid on bed now hoping the spiders I can see on ceiling will eat all the bugs that keep. It if me in the night Very noisy too

WARNING SCAM! They cancelled our reservation 2 hours before we arrive. I guess its because of overbooking in higher prices than hours that was in advance. Terrible support. Their answer was "book somewhere else". They deserve to be closed down

We were sent to this hotel as the hotel that we had booked had a problem with his dreams and we were sure that a three star party it was equivalent to the three star party in the newly refurbished hotel that we had booked. Initially I paid for the room before seeing it as I’m not accustomed to having to look at a hotel room as I do a lot of research before booking to make sure that the rooms look fine in hotels I book. We went to our room and it was damp the walls were dirty, there were dirty marks on the pillows the bathroom was disgusting the air-conditioning Didn’t work so there was a fan in the room. I called into reception and asked the receptionist to come to the room he attended the room and tried to make excuses but would not give us a refund as he said he did not have authority to give us a refund. We stayed elsewhere at the same cost.

Petite structure idéalement située sul la place de la Gare centrale de Naples, où se trouve aussi la navette pour l'aéroport, et d'où on peut rejoindre à pieds les principaux monuments de la ville. Hôtel propre, très bien insonorisé, bien équipé même di un peu désuet, ce qui fait aussi son charme, mais malheureusement plutôt mal entretenu.... clim qui fuit, robinetterie abîmée par le calcaire.... ça convient pour un petit séjour vu aussi les prix très attractifs. Pas de service de petit déjeuner, mais in y a l'embarras du choix avec les bars juste en sortant

Esperienza positiva, camera pulita, silenziosa e perfetta ed abbastanza spaziosa per una sola persona, ottima posizione vicino alla stazione. C'e' anche un piccolo frigo. Prezzo buono. Non capisco il perché' dei tanti commenti negativi.

Siamo stati in gita scolastica a maggio 2024. Hotel davanti alla stazione per cui comodo da un punto di vista di spostamenti ma inaccettabile dall’altro a causa delle “frequentazioni” della piazza… Check-in accettabile. Camere discrete. La mia e della mia compagna affaccia su un “cortile interno” caratterizzato da degrado. Tornate la sera in camera dopo cena entriamo in bagno e troviamo una blatta. La blatta si nasconde sotto la vasca e non esce più, si pensa ci sia un nido di blatte. LE BLATTE IN CAMERA. Ci andiamo a lamentare in reception e nonostante ciò la camera non viene cambiata poiché ritengono che non sia necessario e in quanto dicono che sono tutte occupate dalla nostra scuola…
