Hotel is near central station and pick up area for day tour. Friendly staff

Location is definitely good but as usual near train station you don't expect quiet environment. Breakfast is not to my expectation. I can only rate 3 stars.

The bed is super comfortable, the breakfast is great and it's nice having a little balcony. Trip.com says the room has a kettle but it doesn't. In the winter it would be nice to have a kettle as well as slippers to walk on the cold marble floor, especially since I can't control the heat as it's controlled by the front desk. The front desk staff are very helpful with ordering taxis with flat rates so you won't get cheated.

It is very near to the train station. However, it is quote noisy in the night as it is near the main road. There is a rooftop terrace to see the night view.

Very good hotel at the best location in Naples. Right next to Napoli Centrale. Good places to eat nearby. The public metro is also just in front of the hotel. Highly recommended.

We wanted a hotel next to the train station to go to Pompeii and the airport easily, and this hotel's location is very convenient. But as in most European cities, the area is not super safe at night because it's next to a train station. The hotel was alright, good relation quality/price. Breakfast could be much better, it wasn't great

location of the hotel is good, close to train station and airport bus terminal. lots of restaurants nearby. the superior room we stayed in has a balcony overlooking the plaza. spacious and comfortable. good value for money choice.

Good location, just next to the central railway station. staff is helpful, I can place my luggage one day before in the hotel.

Everything was fine, especially the location. Only disappointment was the breakfast, but what can one expect for only 7.50 euros?

The room was small but functional and economical. I think it is value for money as it was secure, clean and comfortable for a sole traveller. The plus point of this place it is near to the train station, and therefore close to a lot of eateries -- really enjoyed by stay here in Naples. Would stay here again.
