Smell of sewage in the corridor (could feel it in the room from there), mouldy window, uncomfortable bed with worn off and dirty linen (with hair of previous guests) and the worst of all - host lady that is not accepting any complaints. According to her everything is perfect. When I said that we would like to leave earlier because "we don't like here" she acclaimed: "You don't like me?!!". I think everyone would find this reaction a bit strange, especially after hearing her cursing when I politely refuse her entry to the room to clean as at that moment I was busy. Not communicative, she give us refund when we even didn't ask about it. We wanted move our staff without rush as my luggage was broken and it was already after 10am, so we would take the refund for the days that we decided to not stay there, pay for the days we already spend there including the day of leaving as it was already after check out time. She fail to communicate effectively with both me and my partner and as well she didn't seem to be approachable, she reacted aggressively (after our short conversation I could hear her hissing and sighting under my door) so I was afraid to leave the room and waited there till my partner came back. Couldn't deal with someone like that after sleeplesss night. When finally my partner came back I went quickly to open for him downstairs gate, but was approached by her on the corridor, asking when we finally leave the room as she is loosing money because of us (unbelievable) we didn't eat breakfast so she has to bin it etc. She even didn't let us pack our clothes in peace. Crazy. It looks like she was very offended that we dare to point out that her place is not perfect and she wanted to ged rid of us as soon as possible. Person like that shouldn't work in hospitality! We took time to write our review as every whenever we were thinking about it we reminded ourselves her negative vibes and we felt literally sick. It is nice to have our money back but it still doesn't give this person right to treat anybody so badly! I wish we could avoid that awful experience.

Soggiornato due notti a maggio con un’amica! Scelto in base alle recensioni positive che però non rispecchiano assolutamente quello che abbiamo trovato! POSIZIONE: ottima perfetta per girare Napoli in tutto e per tutto! STAFF: gentile Ora parliamo di tutto il resto. Stanza rispetto alle foto mostrate su Booking e su trip molto più piccole e malmesse. La camera era su due livelli al piano sotto era presente un divano scomodissimo con un telo che non so da quanto tempo fosse li! Sotto al soppalco come decorazione appesa del uva finta che si carina se non fosse piena zeppa di polvere! Letto molle e va bhe si sorvola! Bagno estremamente piccolo con un tappetino per quando si esce dalla doccia talmente piccolo e inadatto che era più pericoloso che altro! La doccia con un gradino gigantesco è una tendina che non riparava assolutamente niente un bagno 2x1,5 era completamente allagato! Cartigenica presente 1 solo rotolo da richiedere in più se necessario direi che almeno due rotoli lasciati in stanza sarebbero utili visto che lo staff non è sempre presente! Asciugamani pochi e quelli della doccia di spugna quelli viso e bidet (non presente) fatto con ricicli di federe !! Balcone piccolissimo dalle foto sembrava super sfruttabile ci si sta stretti da soli! Cambio lenzuola e asciugamani su richiesta m si presume che la mattina la camera venga sistemata almeno tappetino bagnato sostituito o asciugamani cambiati se lasciati a terra. La colazione non si capisce! possibilità credo solo di caffè e cappuccio non ci è stato offerto altro . Caffè buono, brioches congelate cotte ogni mattina ma servite ancora troppo calde ( pare che fossimo troppo mattiniere ma se l’orario per la colazione parte dalle 8e30 e mi presento alle 8e40 rispetto gli orari no?)sfogliatelle buone. Essendo servizio servito dallo staff ti aspetti che al arrivo ti venga fatta la proposta di cosa c’era disponibile o che comunque ti fosse fornito un cestino con delle marmellate o delle scelte varie ma in realtà per ogni cosa che si voleva bisogna chiedere (ti sembrava quasi di disturbare) visto che sto pagando un servizio lo vorrei anche la altezza! La porta di ingresso andrebbe pulita anche perché al tatto appiccicosa e piena di peli! Capisci che Napoli e i napoletani siano caratteristici ma avendo pagato 150 euro per due notti mi aspetto molto di piu! Non ci tornerei e non lo consiglieri come scelta!
