Terrible Hotel.
This hotel is absolutely bad. There is no front desk at all. When you arrive, there’s nobody there, and there is never anyone on duty. When you need help, there is no response.
I booked two nights at this hotel. On the first night, I had a small issue in Naples. I left my luggage in the room and went out for a trip, but my return ferry to Naples was unexpectedly canceled. I asked the hotel to let my roommate in, but they refused. Since there is no front desk and no one on duty, they said my roommate would have to pay extra for a separate room. They even said, “If you took the key, that’s not our fault,” and refused to offer any basic assistance. Their attitude was extremely rude! Although the cancellation of my ferry was an unexpected situation, it was extremely bad that they refused to help my roommate enter the room, especially when they gave us only one key for two guests.
The next day, we finally checked into the hotel, but even more outrageous things happened! First, the hotel advertised breakfast, but in reality, they didn’t provide any breakfast at all! Secondly, the air conditioning in our room was broken! We contacted the hotel to request repairs, but received no response at all, because they don’t even have a front desk! This left us to spend the night in the cold. Third, the electrical outlets in the room were loose and posed a potential safety hazard! Fourth, not only did they advertise breakfast when there wasn’t any, but they also claimed to offer luggage storage, which wasn’t available either since they don’t even have a front desk.
This hotel is terrible, with rude and unhelpful service, broken facilities in the room, and no front desk to assist you. The actual services and conditions are completely different from the description! I strongly advise everyone not to book here! Finding another hotel nearby would be much better than this one!
I’ve noticed that the hotel likes to respond to negative reviews with attacks on the reviewer. I’m curious, how will you attack me this time? Everything I’ve said is the truth. You could say we didn’t stay the first night, but we definitely stayed the second night. And your terrible service and poor room conditions are things we experienced firsthand, and they are all facts.

我在这家酒店订了两个晚上。我在那不勒斯的第一晚出了点小状况,当天我把行李放到房间就出去旅行了,然而我返程回到那不勒斯的船票被意外取消了。我叫酒店给我的室友开门,但被他们拒绝了,毕竟他们压根就没有前台也没有人值班,还说我室友只能额外从他们那里花钱订另外一间。他们甚至还说“你把钥匙拿走了那就不是我们的过错了”,完全不肯提供一点基本的帮助,态度傲慢之极!虽然说我船票被取消了没能成功赶回酒店是意外情况,但酒店在只给我们两个入住人配了一把钥匙的情况下,拒绝帮忙给另一个入住人开门,是非常恶劣的情况。
第二天我们成功入住了酒店,但是更离谱的事情发生了!首先,酒店预定的时候写了提供早餐,但是他们事实上根本就没有早餐!其次,我们的房间空调是坏的!我们联系酒店要求他们维修,却根本得不到他们的回复!毕竟他们连前台都没有!害得我们在寒冷中度过了一个晚上。第三,房间内的插座也很有问题,是松动的,随时都会有安全隐患!第四,不仅预定时写了有早餐实际上没早餐,预定时写了有行李寄存,实际上也没有行李寄存,毕竟连前台都没有。
非常差的酒店,服务态度恶劣无礼,房间内设施损坏,甚至没有前台为你提供帮助,酒店实际内容和描述严重不符!强烈建议大家不要预定!随便找周围别的酒店都比这家强太多了!
我看到酒店很喜欢在差评的后面回复一些内容攻击差评者。我很好奇,你们还能怎么攻击我?我说的每一句话都是事实。你可以说我们没入住第一晚,但我们的确入住了第二晚。而你们的恶劣服务,和糟糕的房间内部服务,是我们全部经历过的,且全部是事实。
