Wifi does not work Aircon has poor ventilation and stop working after some time Reception refuses to look at the 2 issues above when its pointed out Location is noisy and filled with shady people and stinky Poor experience. DO NOT BOOK

Staff are excellent, the room is super clean and comfortable but lacks some basic amenities such as a kettle / complimentary bottled water, iron and a few basics. The location near the station can be a little rough but it wasn’t a problem for me but maybe I won’t recommended it for inexperienced travellers. Overall still good value for money

Big room with a good sized bathroom/ excellent breakfast on pretty roof terrace.

room is clean,breakfast is OK, location not far from station, but the street having vagrant disturbing.

The window overlooked in an inner court yard with machinery surrounded by old buildings.. Entering the room a strong very unpleasant scent hit you. No kettle ,possibility to make tea.The stuff polite, was ok. The area convenient for going arround,but as usually happens in central station areas dirty, not safe.

The location was close to the metro and train station of Garibaldi, which is convenient to move around Naples. However, the streets at night can be a bit dangerous. The hotel only served breakfast since the rooftop was under construction. The staff was quite helpful and nice.

The hotel is clean and big. It locates near to the train station which is convenient. However, the environment is dirty and noisy. Overall, it is value for money.

The hotel was so clean! The behavior of the people was great! The room was bigger than we expected and the rooftop bar was a plus

Lovely clean hotel, friendly staff, great breakfast. Area is a bit sketchy so I’m happy to stay in something secure. Rooms get a bit hot and ac isn’t very strong, beds a bit hard.

The hotel and staff themselves are very nice, there were no issues at all with the staff or even the hotel itself. Personally, if the hotel was in a better area o would say that this would be a modern hotel, with Naples city charm. However, that said, the area this hotel is located in is not what I would call “touristy” lots of sketchy people out and about. I personally kept my phone and wallet in my front pants pocket. The reason I booked this hotel is cause I wanted to be right by the train because I was visiting from rome, and I wanted to visit Pompeii. The hotel itself is a rock solid 4, but the area makes it just about 3.

Location outside is dirty, but the hotel inside amazing! Everything new, comfortable bed and bathroom. Balcony with the view on the street, amazing breakfast

Highly recommend for being near central station
