Stay away from those theives! They charge for clean sheets or towels or any amenities! They even refused to refund me back my free cancellation reservation to take my money and rebook it again with another extra money! Big scammers in Italy.

My recent stay at Backpackers Naples was exceptional from the moment I arrived until the day I left. After a long and tiring journey, the host's warm welcome and quick room orientation immediately put me at ease. A standout part of my visit was the thoughtful dinner and intercultural exchange the host organized. This event not only offered a delicious meal but also fostered a friendly and relaxing environment where I could connect with other travelers. It was a truly unique and enriching experience that added a special touch to my stay. The cleanliness of the rooms was impressive, with everything from the beds to the bathrooms in pristine condition, almost as if brand new. The attention to detail was evident, and the perfect room temperature ensured a comfortable and pleasant stay. In summary, my experience at Backpackers Naples was remarkable. The warm hospitality, spotless rooms, and opportunities for cultural exchange made my stay unforgettable. I highly recommend this hostel to anyone visiting Naples. Five stars, well deserved!

Good place, very near the city centre. Friendly staff, big rooms toilet inside the room. Love to stay. Staff help me a lot, Napolitano pizza. I like a lot, this is new place, I booked one bed in mixed room but they give me private room, same price. Thanks for everything

First of all, I like location of this hostel. Very close to city center and Naples train station. Very attentive staff. Very clean place. This is a big hostel. All room's private toilet and shower. Thanks for everything
