No había nadie en la recepción y el checking se hacía online. Casi nos quedamos en la calle porque nadie nos podía abrir hasta que llamé al hotel por teléfono y me hicieron hacer el checking en la calle siendo una zona fea para estar con las maletas y el móvil

Worst hotel I've ever stayed at - horrible service and the manager was very very difficult and unreceptive when we tried to sort an issue after promising to refund if we booked another stay. Lying scammer, and would not recommend this to anyone.

Absolutely horrendous business. We are owed a £600 refund from this hotel for over three months and the management team are abusive in emails to us, or just plain ignore our requests. Do not book this hotel! We stayed once, and needed a refund for one trip - and we can confirm it's a horrendous hotel with awful service throughout.

Doesn’t have a reception desk, the TV on our room didn’t work, so we made the claim but they didn’t solve. Also, the rooms don’t have mini fridge, so we need to keep our medicines in the kitchen fridge. The cleaning was good, the rooms are spacious for 2 people.

It is the worst hotel i have ever been to. I was there with my family and wouldn't suggest. First the area was terrifying and there was no reception. The rooms were neglected (the door of the bathroom was not closing, the toilet was not stable and more). Safety is an issue also inside the "hotel" .

This hotel is absolutely perfect for a Naples city trip. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, spotless clean. The staff at the hotel are very understanding, helpful and friendly. Particularly the gentleman who took our luggage for safe keeping, to the young lady with long brown hair who checked us in, to the lovely lady who brought us our breakfast daily. Breakfast was great also. We would highly this hotel and its staff. See you all again in the future.......many, many thanks Hotel Up..........

Just for the rooms, good and clean. For the service I was terrified. He knocked 3 times, I dint answer because he already knocked 3 times on my door in the same DAY! I didnt answer, than came that: he opened my door with the code stepped in to lay the receipt on my table and left, without a word, seemingly shocked. I really was afraid that after that, he would try to come in when I sleep so I left and dindt slept the 4 night, even tough I payed, but this horror was not worth it.
