Good place... No complains... We liked the old building :) ...

The hotel was okay and the location is good but the city itself was, not really clean.

No había nadie en la recepción y el checking se hacía online. Casi nos quedamos en la calle porque nadie nos podía abrir hasta que llamé al hotel por teléfono y me hicieron hacer el checking en la calle siendo una zona fea para estar con las maletas y el móvil

Worst hotel I've ever stayed at - horrible service and the manager was very very difficult and unreceptive when we tried to sort an issue after promising to refund if we booked another stay. Lying scammer, and would not recommend this to anyone.

Absolutely horrendous business. We are owed a £600 refund from this hotel for over three months and the management team are abusive in emails to us, or just plain ignore our requests. Do not book this hotel! We stayed once, and needed a refund for one trip - and we can confirm it's a horrendous hotel with awful service throughout.

Doesn’t have a reception desk, the TV on our room didn’t work, so we made the claim but they didn’t solve. Also, the rooms don’t have mini fridge, so we need to keep our medicines in the kitchen fridge. The cleaning was good, the rooms are spacious for 2 people.

It is the worst hotel i have ever been to. I was there with my family and wouldn't suggest. First the area was terrifying and there was no reception. The rooms were neglected (the door of the bathroom was not closing, the toilet was not stable and more). Safety is an issue also inside the "hotel" .

This hotel is absolutely perfect for a Naples city trip. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, spotless clean. The staff at the hotel are very understanding, helpful and friendly. Particularly the gentleman who took our luggage for safe keeping, to the young lady with long brown hair who checked us in, to the lovely lady who brought us our breakfast daily. Breakfast was great also. We would highly this hotel and its staff. See you all again in the future.......many, many thanks Hotel Up..........

L' hotel non merita sicuramente le stelle che ha. Le uniche cose positive sono che c è l acqua calda in bagno, il letto comodo e la sala colazione arredata bene. Il resto da dimenticare. La stanza poco pulita per terra, nel bagno la pulizia lasciava molto a desiderare, non funzionava bene lo sciacquone, la doccia si riempiva di acqua, il bidet si muoveva e non c' era un mobiletto o una mensola dove poggiare le cose. La colazione abbastanza buona. Siamo arrivati la sera e non c' era la luce ma abbiamo chiamato e il problema è stato risolto subito. In ogni caso non lo consiglio.

Pessimo servizio...chiamato prima di prenotare x sapere se possibile il check in verso le 23.30, risposta si si reception H24 . Arrivati li chiuso, continui tentativi di chiamare i numeri esposti e nessuna risposta all' una di notte abbiamo dovuto cercare altra sistemazione. Il giorno seguente visto che ancora non c'è era nessuno chiamando il titolare secondo lui mi ha fatto un favore restituendomi senza penali la prenotazione. Sentendo gli esercenti vicini lo fa spesso a lasciare la gente in strada.

Albergo molto carino e pulito e soprattutto con l'aria condizionata. Il personale è gentile e professionale. Ci siamo trovati molto bene. Si trova in un punto strategico per chi come noi ha pochi giorni per vistare la città.. Lo consiglio a tutti.

Sono partito da Roma con il treno e sono sceso alla stazione di Napoli in un ora e 10 puntuale,in 10 minuti, forse meno a piedi sono arrivato in albergo,dove una signorina gentilissima, mi ha fatto il check-in e date tutte le informazioni per muoversi a Napoli! Nella camera pulita ed in buone condizioni, c'era un ottimo condizionatore ed un bagno nuovo,il letto in ottime condizioni ed essendo al 5 piano i rumori erano minimi della piazza! Cosa dire se non benissimo,poi naturalmente c'è sempre qualcuno che si lamenta a prescindere! Raccomando la ragazza veramente efficiente! Da tenersela cara! Saluti Egidio mellace ho dormito la notte del 5 giugno 2024!
