It's a terrible reservation. There is hidden consumption, and it's even more expensive than the room rate. It's called cleaning fee, and I have to pay a deposit of 200 euros for check-in. It's very unreasonable. They haven't refunded my deposit so far. The place of stay and the place of check-in are completely different. Bad reviews. I won't come again.

首先説優點，房間和圖片一樣，挺寬敞乾淨的，地理位置也挺好，交通很方便。
然後説缺點，我預訂了三晚，優惠後價格86歐元，本來覺得很便宜太值了，結果入住那天各種事情弄得很不愉快。首先check in的地方和入住的地方不在一起，相隔一公里，而且reception要10點後才開門，要是不仔細看預訂訊息根本不知道，拖着行李走了20分鐘到了那邊，説入住必須要下午3點後，寄存行李還要一個包收4歐。而且，當辦理入住的時候，居然還要收我64歐，説是清潔費，税費等費用，這都快趕上我的房費了，而且還衹收現金。除此之外，還要付200歐的按金，還要15個工作日後才退，這個又衹接受刷卡。前台的態度十分不耐煩，英文也不好，多問幾句就不理你，反正就要你給錢。而且入住三天，我的浴巾沒有換過，每天打掃房間就是整理一下床鋪，補充一下洗漱用品。

Sono 2 mesi e mezzo che aspetto la restituzione della cauzione. Non riesco a contattare l'hotel se non tramite trip.com ed ogni volta dicono di aspettare. A breve dovrò lasciare la risoluzione del problema ad un legale.

Absolutely awful customer service. Rang several times with a problem and was past from department to another. I explained i booked the wrong date by mistake and they refused to help or even change my booking date. ££ grabbing scam and when i did eventually go the place was awful

Honestly avoid this place. first few nights were fine then we had an infestation of flying ants all over our room. we found them at 9:03 pm and the reception closes at 9 pm and there is no emergency number. I’ve had little to no sleep because they were everywhere. when i called back this morning they blamed it on us for using the window or because we had food in the room baring in mind we didn’t have any food in the room. i was telling my issues to the company and the woman said over the phone ‘sorry i have to leave you’ and ended the phone. worst customer service known to man kind

The staff was very rude and unhelpful. Our Air-conditioning in 2 rooms didn't work and instead of finding a solution, the staff told me that it's my fault the AC didn't work because according to her, I "didn't know how to use AC". 2nd night, I begged them to change our rooms. And after about 30mins, they did. In the new rooms also, AC didn't work in both room. We had to sleep in the heat sweating all night. The beds are weak, too low, and too soft. We woke up feeling beat up. We left our artwork in the room on checkout. I sent a message to the ladies to look for it. Without checking and having no effort, she told me there was nothing in the room. Also, I had to have a back and-forth with her until 1 hour when she finally decided to work. And then, she found the painting. The bathroom has a huge tub with an impractical standing shower. The bedrooms have 14 (fourteen) celling lights. It looks like a car showroom when the lights are on. It's too bright to put on, and some red and green mood lights are also too low to see anything. And then you have to pay money to use the lifts. So how are you supposed to take your bags to the 2nd floor? The hotel is too far from the reception. The least they could do is to offer a shuttle from the check-in point to the accommodation. Everything about this company is about making money, but they have no idea what hospitality means. Lastly, on our check-out, we asked for late checkout till 5 pm, which we're willing to pay. The ladies again said to us that we can only stay from 11 am. to 12pm. for €25. In all......PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST. UNLESS YOU WANT TO WASTE MONEY AND BE TREATED LIKE A PIECE OF PAPER.

This one of the worst places I have ever had the unfortunate experience of staying in. Do your self a favor and find somewhere else to stay Naples is a beautiful city, this "hotel" will ruin your experience. They are scammers, extremely rude people with 0 hospitality experience. The locations disclosed when you book are where you'll take your keys before you're rudely sent off to another location. In my experience it was a loud and unpleasant neighborhood that I had to walk to by myself with an italian map in hand. If this wasn't problematic enough I have now been begging to get a refund of my own my money for months , while they have once lied the money has been refunded and other times utterly ignoring my enquiry. Read through all the reviews on this so called hotel before you make a reservation unless you don't mind being g ripped off.

Avoid this horrible hostel The room was dirty, exposed wiring in the room. Mould in the bathroom. Horrible location. Bed is a cheap ikea special from the mid 80s, No safe. Cleaner did a terrible job pediatric the room. Just terrible. Tiny tv. One chair and small table in the room. Ac doesnt work. The building itself was a wreck, failing apart and unsafe. WI-FI doesnt work. The room was absolutely terrible but the staff who deal with picking up the keys and dealing with coordinates were horrible. Organised chaos, unprofessional and to be honest they were as bright as a blackout. Avoid this company, avoid it like covid. The company are dishonest, unreliable and would steal the filings from your teeth. AVOID THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE DISHONEST. Dont make a choice you will regret, Book somewhere else. This building and company are dangerous.
