Fantastic. From very friendly and helpful staff to location we could not have found better at very short notice. Flight from london was delayed and the lovely young lady, Marta , waited for us until after 11pm! Comfortable bed with good a/c. Overall we had a very welcoming stay. Walking distance to places worth seeing. Highly recommended.

Pros: Lovely place tucked away on a side street in central Naples/historic district. Warm and welcoming concierge. Small room but lovely touches and very cosy (room 101). Loved the NY theme as a native New Yorker ha. Comfortable bed, great Wifi, good hot water and some toiletries, mini fridge. Lovely terrace. Cons: Noisy in the AM with a room being right outside the stairs with suitcases going up and down. Breakfast is just pastry and yogurt.

Sono stata in vacanza con le mie amiche, camere sporche piene di polvere, moscerini, ragnatele ovunque, lenzuola sporche,diciamo che la pulizia non fa per loro. Ci aveva promesso che il giorno di partenza co faceva la colazione invece si è presentata alle 8:30 nel mentre che uscivamo dallhotel. Marta molto scorretta.

B&B con posizione super, camera piccola ma accogliente, cambio asciugamani giornaliero. Colazione un po' scarna, qualcosa in più sarebbe stato gradito. L'acqua calda fatica ad arrivare. Titolare simpatica e disponibile. Possibilità di lasciare le valigie una volta liberata la stanza.

Ottima struttura: pulita accogliente e con tutti i comfort del caso. Posta in posizione strategica per poter visitare Napoli e le sue bellezze comodamente a piedi. Raggiungibile dalla stazione centrale a piedi in circa 30 min o con la metro. Nota di merito va allo staff della struttura in particolare a Marta sempre disponibile e disposta a soddisfare tutte le richieste dei clienti curando ogni minimo dettaglio. Che dire di più esperienza fantastica. Se dovessi ritornare a Napoli sicuramente ritornerei qui. Grazie di tutto e un grazie speciale a Marta. Con affetto Elisa

Ottima la posizione ma per il resto lascia tutto a desiderare partendo dalla pulizia del bagno negativa x le incrostazioni sul lavabo e nel box doccia. Accoglienza negativa ed antipatica. Spazi angusti, acqua fredda nel bagno e privacy pari allo 0.

Bello, accogliente, pulito, centralissimo. Le ragazze presenti in struttura sono gentilissime, cortesi e accoglienti. Ci hanno dato tante info e suggerimenti sulla città. Colazione buonissima, camere pulite e dotate di tutti i confort; la posizione del b&b è perfetta per muoversi a piedi e vedere tutto quello che c'è da vedere Consigliatissimo

Soggiorno dal 15 al 20 ottobre . Ad eccezione del personale dipendente , gentilissimo (Alessia, Marta, Fabiana) e della posizione in centro, la valutazione di questo BeB mi sembra eccessiva per i seguenti motivi: -Gli spazi comuni sono angusti - La camera assegnataci (102) di discreta dimensione non ha il bidet (e non siamo in Francia) -Arredamento estremamente spartano e datato - Nella stessa camera un solo comodino per tre persone. Ci hanno detto che non era previsto il secondo. -Non si fa colazione in un locale apposito ma sotto un gazebo all'ultimo piano (e per due giorni pioveva). Per accedervi scala scomodissima e pericolosa soprattutto a scendere (barriere architettoniche dove siete?). -Colazione scarsa (fette biscottate un solo pacchetto a persona, porzione di marmellata e burro una a persona, croissant inesistenti (Alessia mi diceva che si sarebbero attivati la settimana entrante, ma evidentemente era una scusa) .Prodotti di scarsa qualità. Cappuccino (?) che invece era caffe macchiato e caffe (di scarsa qualità) con la moka. Non esiste infatti la macchinetta per il caffe espresso. Se chiedi il bis ti dicono che non è previsto. Mi fermo qui. Per i prezzi, non bassi, (abbiamo pagato 118 euro a notte), ognuno puo farsi un'idea sui vari siti. Sicuramente la valutazione non è da 9 come da una targa di booking bellamente esposta nell'angusta reception. Dalla descrizione fattami dal Sig. Giuseppe quando ho prenotato pensavo qualcosa di piu. Pubblicherete questa mia recensione? La farete sparire in pochissimo tempo? Vedremo.......

Buena situación en el centro antiguo. Pequeño establecimiento de B&B. Bien atendido por Alexia y Marta. el pero es el desayuno ( falta algo salado), y edifici ( 2 pisos) són ascensor. Realmente estuvimos bien en este establecimiento. Muy buena la relación precio y servicios
