The room is nicely renovated and comfortable. Nice view outside. The hotel shuttle is convenient and take 10mins between hotel and Narita terminal 2.

Typical toyoko inn with a location near Narita. Great to have free shuttle service to and from the airport. Would be recommended for those need to catch early/late flight at Narita airport.

Convenient hotel for short stay as free shuttle pick up service at the terminal 1 bus station 16 . Fast check in & out thru a machine . Nothing around the hotel except Lawson convenient store . Room is clean but space bit limited if you having big luggage.

Was good extremely close to the airport so perfect for early flights. But the smoking rooms had a very strong cigarette smell.

Just a short visit to Tokyo. Toyoko Inn provides shuttle bus to airport frequently which was very important to us. On top of it, it provides buffet breakfast and there is convenience store at the hotel. Wonderful! I would certainly refer it to friends and relatives! Good...good...good...

I booked this hotel for a layover night at Narita airport. The bus service from the airport to the hotel and back is excellent. The hotel is really big, therefore very anonymous. I happened to receive a smoking room, and the lady at the reception changed it for me. This was very kind, and I was really thankful for it.

from the location wise, it is very convenient when it provide the shuttle to airport. there is a convenient store so you can get something to eat there. yhe hotel has machine help us on hotel check-in /out so even many people come at same time , it will not take long to get a room. highly recommend ! the room is Toky standard size but redecorate so feel new indeed and smart TV available

Landed at night in Narita, their shuttle bus takes you from the airport door to the hotel door, and back again when you leave. The room was excellent, and the service in English was great.

a very packed hotel to stay. room is just enough for a bed and a table there is no closet and not enough hangers.

Great hotel with helpful staff, and punctual Shuttle bus, but do take note that some of the shuttle bus are only for customer travel in group/ travel agency, so we would need to wait for the next bus.
