The service in this hotel is terrible. I had to wait two and a half hours at the airport for the shuttle bus to pick me up. The hotel check-out time is 10am,they told me check out time just in the same day morning and I came to front desk on 10:40 am they already charge me $910,if charge I can came to front desk on 11am I don’t have rush which is unreasonable. The front desk staff is rude and I will definitely not come back next time.

If you have to wait too long, please take the Keisei Electric Railway from Narita Airport and get off at Keisei Narita Station, which is a 3-minute walk from the hotel.Our normal check-out time is 10:00 a.m., and we charge 10% of the room rate per hour for late departures. Although the check-out time is clearly stated on each website, we apologize for not properly informing our guests of the check-out time upon their arrival. Super clean hotel with small but comfortable rooms. The airport transfer is a huge perk as long as you reserve it when you check in (for free). We stayed one night to make it easier to get to the airport and it was worth it.

Excellent choice if you have an early flight or just want to be closer to the airport! Lots of food options nearby, smooth check, comfortable bed.

I was looking for an inexpensive hotel near the Narita airport to unwind after a Japan trip and be close to the airport. The room I stayed in was clean, had all the necessary toiletries and amenities. I even received a foot mask as a gift, which was a nice thing to receive after a lot of walking. Overall, the hotel fit well to my purposes and honestly I would stay here for longer to closer explore Narita. I want to express my gratitude to the receptionist who called my room the minute after I missed my shuttle bus to the airport. I somehow managed to miss all my alarm clocks. He also helped me get a taxi and acted professional despite my lateness. Without you, I'd simply miss my flight with a layover.

Arrived late at Narita Keisei station, due to missing the right train from Tsudanuma (first time visiting Japan, mind you) and already half way to Chiba station. Upon arrival on almost-midnight, apparently the front desk officer already waited for us, the last guest to check in. The staff can speak English well and very comforting. Offered free complimentary skin care (lotion or mask), too. Stayed only 5 hours before the flight in the morning from T2 Narita Airport. Rode a free shuttle provided by hotel. They provide tablet in each room for the guest to browse available service. Overall, it's a 10/10 experience.
