Hotel was old and dated. We paid 2,000 yen to upgrade to the newer rooms on the higher floors (level 6 onwards). The rooms were still old and the aircon was not cold. Amenities wise, we had all the basic toiletries and toothbrushes and shavers, but no water was given. Service was ok, really appreciated the shuttle bus to the train station, Aeon Mall and airport. Good value stay (higher floors) if you are not fussy and have an early flight to catch to Narita.

We were given the old wing which was old and worn out. Definitely a no-no and will never visit again. We stayed here 2yrs ago and love the location/rooms as they were modern n new. The old wing area is not suitable to host guests at all. From lift to room corridor, to the room inside and the toilet. Bad condition. Torn carpet with tape, peeling wardrobe door, cracked bathtub, room ceiling mouldy and webs. It was obviously an abandoned and under maintenance with no cleaning service place. The 2 nights stay was unbelievably unbearable.

It’s a late arrival at Narita Airport. I opted to stay a night at this hotel before check-out the next morning to catch a train to enter Tokyo Metro. Spacious room. There is Family Mart at the hotel lobby. Pleasant stay and I must say a really quick Check-In process. Yes there is shuttle bus to-fro Narita Airport. I must say, it’s very cheap.

the hotel is fantastic ! the room is big and service is perfect ! they have hot spring available but need to pay ¥700 to enjoy the service. they also provide the shuttle to Narita city center and Aeon mall. it helps to save money on the transportation

Location, around 5 minutes by taxi or bus from Narita airport. Free shuttle bus to and from the ART hotel and Narita AIRPORT ( please check the trip schedule). Have 24 hours convenience store in the lobby and vending machines.

Nice clean room, great breakfast, free shuttle bus to Narita Airport. There is a cost of 700 yen to use the hot spring in the hotel.

Near Narita airport with shuttle bus to Narita train station, Aeon mall and Narita airport. Hotel is with Lawson 24hrs convenience store and Onsen. Breakfast is excellent with wide variety of local and international food. Recommend to choose the new wing rather than the old wing with bigger room as its old as suggested by previous hotel guests 👍

It’s a good hotel near the Narita Airport. It has a large room and many facilities. But it doesn’t have a convenient call for Uber service, and we didn’t have a car in this area.

The decor definitely needed some updating. It was a basic room. Just needed to be close to the airport for an early flight.

My stay was incredibly enjoyable! The hotel’s service quality was excellent, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and decorated in a modern style. The facilities were great and exceeded my expectations. The food was both delicious and varied. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing environment.
