Hotel Nikko Narita Tokyo offers excellent value for money. The rooms are clean, well-maintained, and comfortably equipped. Its proximity to Narita Airport makes it a convenient choice for travelers, while the reasonable pricing doesn't compromise on quality. Highly recommended for a hassle-free stay!

I booked the rooms in Anex building, the room is large,clean,comfortable. There are good and variety of foods and many restuarant and coffee shop at the hotel. A convenience store is located at the 1st floor. Staff are very helpful and excellent service. There are bus services from hotel to airport you can see the schedule at the airport and hotel front desk.

Great food with great scenery of garden view, got blossom of flowers and a sense of tranquility. Great t stay. Nice people, of great hospitality and helpful, always cheerful. Convenient store (24 hours) available at g/f.

I have stayed at this hotel every annual trip to Japan for the past 5 years and honestly I now want to gatekeep because I don’t want it to get overfull and hike up prices. I won’t gatekeep and hope that it will stay as it is - super convenient aimed at what travellers need, friendly and helpful and super efficient. Firstly regular shuttles between Narita Airport T1 and T2. T3 is an easy 2 minute walk to T2 via a covered walkway. No need to take a taxi to the hotel as we once did. Secondly, the rooms are functional and have all the necessities. If you need black tea for your room, bring a few teabags for yourself as they only do green teabags and coffee. However there is a convenience store (Lawsons) in the lobby which is 24/7 and always buzzing and fully stocked. Many of the staff speak good English and know exactly what you need to get to and from the airport. There are trolleys you can borrow to bring your luggage to the lobby if you don’t want to wait for their bell staff. There is also a weighing scale in the lobby (IYKYK). One of our favourite hotel breakfasts in Japan. Always busy but good throughput. The gardens are lovely and worth a wander. We’re normally there for winter lights but this time I had the joy of the tail end of Sakura season. Lovely! Finally there is a shuttle to Narita Town for some sightseeing and local shopping as well as Aeon Mall. Make sure you know which shuttles stop at Aeon Mall because this is less regular. We now make Hotel Nikko a must for a few nights before we leave because Narita is charming and it’s a nice transition to the journey home.

A reasonable hotel about 10 minutes from Narita AirPort. They provide a good bus service to and from the airport 2-3 times every hour. The room I had was clean and adequate size for an overnight stay. There isn’t anything near the hotel but they do have 2-3 restaurants onsite. The staff are very polite and happy to serve. Room cleaning is also very good. During my stay 24 - 25 Feb they had a garden light show that is an annual Jan and Feb event. It was very nice. Overall a pleasant experience for an overnight stay. The perfect hotel before going on a local flight. I booked this prior to Sapporo flight. I really enjoyed the 3 beds considering I have 2 kids. Very convenient that they have free shuttle going to terminal. Great value for money

Strategic location for a night transit, walking distance to multiple car rental center too. The family futon room is just nice for my family with young kids without worrying them falling off from the high bed. Big surprise was the sakura trail within hotel compound. Will consider again for my next transit short stay

Hotel is near the narita airport. Hotel provides airport transfers. It is very convenient. It also has USB connections.

The room was very spacious though it was a bit dated. They offer free shuttle bus from and to the airport which was very convenient. Very helpful and friendly staffs too. A nice stay for a transit hotel.

Convenient to get to from the airport, with free shuttle available. Room and bath was spacious, though I was at one end of a very long corridor so it seemed like forever to get to after a loongg day walking everywhere else. Great overall stay even if the walls were not very sound proof. I had good neighbours though , and everyone seemed to understand the ‘assignment’ under the circumstances. Staff was friendly and helpful too. Super easy check out too. Lawson’s on the first floor was convenient too for last minute buys and food for sahur.:) Also make time to go to Naritasan Omotesando and the Shinshoji temple to savour in the local produce and enjoy the surrounding park with sprinklings of cherry and plum blossoms (i think) everywhere this time of the year. Free shuttle to Narita station and Aeon Mall too! Super convenient!

Convenient location right next to Narita airport, comes with free shuttle bus to airport as well.

As transit hotel it has everything to survive and rest. 24h Lawson is a plus for passengers arriving very late or early. Big room to accomodate family traveling together. On time FREE bus pick up make the travel from/to airport is manageable.
