The hotel is ideal if you arrive late at night or need to catch an early flight from Narita Airport. There is a free shuttle bus service to and from the hotel. If you arrive in Terminal 2, walk out of the terminal and look for stop 31B. The hotel is a 15min ride away. There is a Lawson store right inside the hotel and it is very convenient to for last minute shopping. Nothing much on the immediate vicinity of the hotel but it is easy to take the shuttle bus to have your meals at the hotel. Size of room is reasonable and comfortable for a short stay.

Close to Narita Airports and provide complementary shutter to n from the Hotel. Rooms are small but ok with small built traveller like us. Got a Lawson that’s operates 24 hours so it’s rather convenient if you needs anything in the wee hours

They need to work on hospitality. Shu spoke to me in Chinese because it was more convenient for him assuming I speak Chinese. Yoda didn’t know how to store luggage properly. They make their own rules. Only gave luggage tag to some people and didn’t have clear rules. ***koshi (I couldn’t see the full name) had the shittiest attitude. Asking me if I understand. This was what made me cancel my second reservation. All three of them have the worst customer service. The hotel was 2-star before this encounter. I wish there was a way to give negative stars. The only positive things about the experience was the shuttle bus (extremely packed) and Lawson convenience store. The bed was extremely hard and super close to the window with dust. The toilet in the room had a ring around it; I suspect it is unsanitary. They don’t do room service, but leave towels right outside your door. The customer service in the morning is extremely poor. This was what broke the camel’s back. The man the night before was a little more friendly. They all think they can just detach themselves from service because the kiosk in front of them does everything. Originally, I was promised that I could leave my luggage here since I have another reservation a few days later. But when I was checking out, I asked to leave my luggage here and they said I could not do that anymore. They are inflexible and have the worst front desk attitude I’ve ever encountered. Shuttle, amazing! But there are A LOT more hotels in the surrounding area that offer this service as well, so I won’t be coming back here just because of its “convenience”.

Best part was, i was able to check in late. And room was good, their breakfast buffet was tasty. Very satisfied woth the service

The airport hotel served its function. The shuttle bus is frequent and helpful for both way travel to airport and hotel.

I chose this hotel because it’s very close to the airport, and it offers free breakfast and an airport shuttle service, making it perfect for people catching early morning flights. The hotel staff are very polite, and I appreciate how attentively they serve the guests. The bed in the hotel room is very comfortable and great for sleeping.

Wonderful stay. Room is huge, breakfast is good. The only thing is need to pay 1,000 yen for one hour late check out.

This place is very close to Narita Airport and is clean and simple and the price is good. I would stay here again if I have a late incoming flight or an early flight the next morning. The room I stayed in was pretty small, but perfectly ok for just one person. The breakfast was quite good - lots of different things to choose from. The staff were very polite and friendly. There is a convenient store next to the check-in on the first floor, and it has just about everything you could need. Which was great because I came unprepared for the 2-prong-only plug style of Japan (my laptop is a 3-prong style). It also has some basic food, even warm cooked chicken which I enjoyed after my arrival at night. The place provides night clothes, slippers, toothpaste & toothbrush, and a few other items for free. There is an airport shuttle that goes to and from the airport at regular time intervals. But when I arrived at the airport I was a little disappointed that it was hard to find the information of where to go and when the buses come - I hoped Trip.com would provide that info, or at least a link to the hotel’s main website, but instead I had to dig for that myself, and eventually found it on their website (I don’t remember the details anymore though).

It’s a great hotel for short stays. Everything that you need is provided here. Breakfast is good too. Staff is very friendly and cooperative.

Hotel is close to the airport and it provides shuttle bis to take you to and from airport. Very convenient and fast check and clean room, a typical Toyoko Inn, but the room was surprisingly the biggest hotel room I ever seen in Japan even larger then U.S. size. Overall, very good choice of hotel.

Got free shuttle bus for both ways, very frequent and good serivce (helping on the luggage). Nice breakfast and near to airport. Got convenient shop lawson on the hotel lobby and 711 nearby. Can improve on the check in speed as only 3 machines available.
