Best part was, i was able to check in late. And room was good, their breakfast buffet was tasty. Very satisfied woth the service

The airport hotel served its function. The shuttle bus is frequent and helpful for both way travel to airport and hotel.

I chose this hotel because it’s very close to the airport, and it offers free breakfast and an airport shuttle service, making it perfect for people catching early morning flights. The hotel staff are very polite, and I appreciate how attentively they serve the guests. The bed in the hotel room is very comfortable and great for sleeping.

Wonderful stay. Room is huge, breakfast is good. The only thing is need to pay 1,000 yen for one hour late check out.

This place is very close to Narita Airport and is clean and simple and the price is good. I would stay here again if I have a late incoming flight or an early flight the next morning. The room I stayed in was pretty small, but perfectly ok for just one person. The breakfast was quite good - lots of different things to choose from. The staff were very polite and friendly. There is a convenient store next to the check-in on the first floor, and it has just about everything you could need. Which was great because I came unprepared for the 2-prong-only plug style of Japan (my laptop is a 3-prong style). It also has some basic food, even warm cooked chicken which I enjoyed after my arrival at night. The place provides night clothes, slippers, toothpaste & toothbrush, and a few other items for free. There is an airport shuttle that goes to and from the airport at regular time intervals. But when I arrived at the airport I was a little disappointed that it was hard to find the information of where to go and when the buses come - I hoped Trip.com would provide that info, or at least a link to the hotel’s main website, but instead I had to dig for that myself, and eventually found it on their website (I don’t remember the details anymore though).

It’s a great hotel for short stays. Everything that you need is provided here. Breakfast is good too. Staff is very friendly and cooperative.

Hotel is close to the airport and it provides shuttle bis to take you to and from airport. Very convenient and fast check and clean room, a typical Toyoko Inn, but the room was surprisingly the biggest hotel room I ever seen in Japan even larger then U.S. size. Overall, very good choice of hotel.

Got free shuttle bus for both ways, very frequent and good serivce (helping on the luggage). Nice breakfast and near to airport. Got convenient shop lawson on the hotel lobby and 711 nearby. Can improve on the check in speed as only 3 machines available.

Too crowded, and tourists sneeze onto the breakfast that was laid out on the table on an open tray.

The hotel currently provides shuttle service from the bus terminal. Although the facilities are a bit dated, everything is very clean. There is a convenience store on the ground floor. Recommended for overnight stays near the airport, as there are no attractions or amenities nearby — suitable only for short stays.

The shuttle bus is very convenient and with adequate frequency to get in and out of the airport. The room is what you can expect from Japanese business hotel. It is crowded in the morning breakfast area but this is a huge hotel with a lot of guests. The breakfast has some varieties which are more that I experienced with other Toyokoo inn. Would give a thumb up to this hotel
