Great location (20min distance from airport), great service(ryokan style, english speaking employees, taxi reservations), great amenities including onsen items and fridge drinks (contemporary beers and high quality sake, coffee, traditional tea), great outfits, great breakfast, great nearby restaurants, great price, great hygiene EVERYTHING IS GREAT

Everything is good! Food is delicious! The staff team is kind and helpful! The place is quite and comfortable!

Room is very nice, the hot bath on ground floor was great. It was not possible to purchase breakfast and dinner on arrival, so better book in advance.

My one-night stay at this hotel was nothing short of frustrating and disappointing due to blatant deception and cheating. Despite booking a superior suite twin room advertised as a special deal on Trip.com, the ordeal began at check-in. The front desk couldn't initially locate my reservation, causing unnecessary stress after a long journey. When they finally found it, they claimed I had only booked for one person, despite the room clearly accommodating two. To add insult to injury, they forced us to pay an extra 33,000 yen for the additional person for one night, despite Trip.com's lack of options for adding more guests. This deceitful tactic not only left a sour taste in my mouth but also highlighted the hotel's lack of integrity. It's appalling that they would resort to such deceptive practices, essentially cheating guests out of their hard-earned money. Furthermore, the onsen experience was subpar, with just one small bath that is excessively hot. It's clear that this hotel prioritizes deceit over customer satisfaction. I strongly advise against booking their supposed "special deals" on Trip.com, as they are nothing more than a ploy to deceive unsuspecting guests. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this dishonest establishment at all costs.

The service and food are both very good. However, the onsen is a bit small.

Room and Service were excellent, the meals were great too! Would highly recommend for a relaxing holiday

超級喜歡的酒店，超級驚喜，從北海道回來在成田附近住一晚飛回國，隨意訂的，沒想到非常好，大大超出預期。前台服務人員特別好，房間的設施也很好，裝修很日式我很喜歡，我住了很多酒店，上萬的也住了，沒有一家給準備護膚品旅行裝，這家酒店準備了雪肌精旅行裝，我住一晚連箱子都沒打開。吹風機，牙刷，梳子都很有質感。乾濕分離也做的很好。洗澡洗臉馬桶在三個地方，比很多四貴价酒店做的都好。一樓的温泉也不錯。mini bar還免費。如果不是離東京市略遠我真的想以後去日本都住這個酒店。昨晚在酒店看評論看到差評，我都驚了，和我住的是一個酒店嗎😂

3k多帶早餐倆人的房間，先説服務，會有三個服務人員幫我們拿行李（我們行李確實也多）整體服務很到位細緻。 早餐：真的沒必要體驗，就是預製小菜湊出一盒，温泉水煮豆腐沒啥味道，性價比超級低🤦♀️。金槍魚醃漬的這種品質也好不到哪去。真的不如直接出去吃個鰻魚飯 房間：相對於擁擠的東京酒店，面積確實寬敞，但值得吐槽的是潮濕的屋子不通風對我們來説就是花錢遭罪，我和老公都有睡潮床單起濕疹的體質。特別的難受。四樓一進電梯就有股澡堂子的濕氣和味道，屋子裡也是有一股子味道。潮濕導致被子也有股味兒。 設施：一樓澡堂子可以體驗一下，是黑巖功效的熱水（其實就是放幾塊黑巖泡個熱水就説有這個功效）很乾凈人很少，護膚用品都是雪肌精的很不錯。 用品：這個戴森吹風機真的拯救了我！全用它速幹大風量來吹被子！要不然這一宿我倆絕對是遭罪之旅！每個房間都有這個戴森，給的浴衣也很好看，還給了小籃子🧺用來裝東西。 旁邊就是新勝寺，很大，一個小時逛不完，後面還連着成田山公園，這條街真的很漂亮可以拍照。地理位置確實好。打車到成田大概200出頭rmb

とにかく、ゆったりと過ごしたいというのが今回の宿泊の1番の目的だったので、小規模で落ち着いており、希望に十分かなうお宿でした。 特に朝食がとてもおいしかったです。 気になったこと2点 和室を利用しましたが、敷布団が薄く硬く感じたこと。 お風呂上がり用のお茶が空っぽだったこと。

1.服務很好，有櫃檯小姐會中文，溝通無障礙，會送妳到房間做介紹 2.房間非常空曠！冰箱的飲料都可以免費喝，很讚 3.雖然沒有機場接送服務，但可以幫忙叫計程車，離機場算近，車程20分鐘左右 4.有溫泉，可惜是人工的 5.餐點需要預約，早餐是7:00～9:00 6.附近是類似老街的地方，所以晚上6、7點就都關門了，靠近車站才有居酒屋…….

酒店很好，店員也很熱情，在東京呆的時間有點長了，應該早點過來好好泡湯，因為今天還要趕飛機。

來日本還是要住一下經典日式房，房間和東京相比算大的，衞生也不錯，泡湯舒適～ 離成田機場很近，推薦離開日本前一天入住，逛逛成田表參道，新勝寺，人少景也不錯～
