International Garden Hotel Narita recensioner

Location didn’t matter as there is a free shuttle to/from the airport, Narita station & the mall. Buffet breakfast had a good variety & very reasonable. Room was very clean & bright & airy. We will happily stay again.

This was a great hotel in a great location. The price was fair and we had no complaints.

This hotel provides shuttle bus to/from airport & JR station & Aeon mall but need to be careful with the time schedule. The room is big (to its price) compared to other hotels i have been staying.

Good price. I like that they have free shuttle to Narita Airport, Narita JR Station and Aeon mall. Also its within walking distance to Naritasan Shinsho Ji. The room is not too big, But great for lay over for 1 or 2 night.

The hotel provided round trip bus from airport to hotel and it was on time. The room is very big. I love big bathtub. The staff who served me at night was very energetic and he had excellent english skill. Thank you very much. I want to stay here again.

The hotel offers a regular shuttle service between Narita Terminal 1 and Terminals 2-3, shared with the Hilton hotel. The journey from Narita Terminal 1 to the hotel takes approximately 30 minutes. Additionally, there is a shuttle to Narita Train Station and Aeon Mall. The room is clean, and the bed is very comfortable. The mattress is firm but not too hard, offering a soft yet supportive feel. The pillows provide good neck support without being too firm. The breakfast spread is standard, but the highlight is the pancake machine. With just a wave of your hand, the machine starts, and in about 30 seconds, you can enjoy a freshly made pancake.

We stayed for one night as we were taking the coach to Fuji-san the next morning. The hotel room was spacious and clean, the bed was comfortable. We didn’t dine in as there were ample restaurants 10 mins walk away. The complimentary shuttle buses are a plus point to stay here. We took it to explore Narita town nearby

A bit older facilities, but front desk staff was ok, let us check in earlier since the room was available. Shuttle service was convenient and breakfast was probably the best amongst the two facilities we stayed in with lot more choices.

This is 2nd time we stayed. 2 years ago it was good, so we are staying here again. But now it looked dated and furniture a bit worn out. Need some upgrading work. Breakfast still okay. However, the group tour pax were really loud and noisy, thus it looked like we were eating breakfast in a fish market. Staff in restaurant looked stressed and no smile at all. I will look for another hotel next time.

Good location And clean

We booked our rooms that comes with dinner and breakfast. Dinner buffet was Italian theme. The quality of food was good. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Overall we had a great stay here.
