Amenities are very good. Food is also good. Stay is also good. Rooms and bathrooms are very clean.

Understaffed and cleanliness is an issue. Location good, no lift and very narrow stairs. Better options are available in the same vicinity.

Hotel narmada room no. 103 was neat and clean. Pleasant stay with family. I checked hidden cameras by an special instrument and mobile apps, nothing was seen. Good hotel with restaurant nearby for stay. Only welcome drink and hi- tea was missing. Overall 5 star.

It has no any idea, how the hotel run, no intercom, no wi fi, no any channel on setup box. Very bad.

Location, food were upto mark. But services were too bad.. We had to remind many a times for switching on AC in the scorching heat.. Above all in the morning we didn't have water for morning routines.. 😡
