Express Inn the Business Luxury Hotel

I recently stayed at the Hotel Express Inn Nashik in one of their executive rooms, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The room was well-appointed, clean, and comfortable, offering a good balance of modern amenities and cozy ambiance. The bed was especially comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The view from the room was quite nice, adding a relaxing touch to the stay. The service was commendable, with the staff being attentive and responsive to any requests or needs. They were friendly and made sure to check in regularly to ensure everything was satisfactory. The hotel’s facilities were also impressive, particularly the dining options. The food was delicious, with a variety of dishes to choose from. The breakfast buffet had a good spread, catering to different tastes. However, there were a few minor issues. The Wi-Fi connectivity in the room was a bit inconsistent, which was slightly inconvenient. Additionally, the air conditioning could have been a bit more efficient, as it took some time to cool the room adequately. Despite these small setbacks, my stay at Hotel Express Inn Nashik was enjoyable, and I would recommend it for both business and leisure travelers. The executive rooms, in particular, offer good value for the price, ensuring a comfortable and convenient stay.

Just wrapped up a fabulous weekend getaway to Nashik with my husband, and oh boy, was a blast! This hotel was the cherry on top of our little adventure. The staff? Absolute sweethearts, always ready with a smile and super helpful with all the info we needed. We planned a visit to Shree Trimbakeshwar Jyotirling Mandir, and guess what? It was just an hour away! Plus, the hotel even had cabs on standby. Talk about convenience! Our room was like a little slice of heaven—so exclusive, and spacious, and the bathroom was a dreamy, cozy retreat. Room service was on point, but you could also head downstairs for a bite. And the best part? The free breakfast was to die for, with tons of tasty treats to kickstart our day! The fun didn’t stop there; they’ve got a fab swimming pool and a gym for those who like to keep it moving. The hotel’s location? Stunning, with breathtaking mountain views. Getting around was a breeze, too, with cabs and autos right outside, and you can always book an Ola or Uber. The vibes were great, and the people were even better. We fell in love with this place and can't wait for our next visit!

The hotel boasts a remarkable ambience and impressive facilities, especially for families, thanks to its dedicated kids’ play area and an inviting swimming pool. The property is divided into two wings: the west wing houses the reception and main lobby, while our room was in the more secluded east wing without a reception area. Although the room was of average size and had good amenities, it lacked proper cleanliness—there were food crumbs near the bed and in the corners, and we had to call housekeeping several times after checking in. Additionally, the TV in our room isn’t a smart TV, and we had to contact the engineering team to get it working; they eventually swapped the set-top box from another room. In-room dining was quite slow as well—it took around 20 minutes or more to deliver an ice bucket, although the food itself was delicious in both quality and quantity. The breakfast spread offered a good variety and was enjoyable. However, both check-in and check-out experiences were below par, with the staff lacking warmth; for instance, the receptionist lady merely handed us the bill and processed our payment without showing any concern about our stay. On a positive note, we appreciated the cheerful service from the bellman Nitin and the security staff. Overall, it was an average stay.
