We live on-site and although the unit has a lower level private entrance it is still attached to the home so you will hear and/ or see us in the front/back yard on occasion, feel free to say hello! While this studio has great features, it is not a luxury resort. This home was built in the 1960's so please keep this in mind when booking, there will be minor imperfections and character, scuffs and chips.
