Four Points by Sheraton Nashville Airport

Worked great for us as near airport and we just needed a one night layover before moving on to our next location. The breakfast was good and the staff nice and helpful. Didn’t use airport shuttle, as had rental car. Overall got the job done.

I wish I could upload the video I have of the ants. This was my first and last time staying at a 4 points. I was gonna be here for one night but I should have justpaid for a nice hilton like I normally do. The 4 front desk was like do you want some spray? So OBVIOUSLY, this is normal

This place was on the Marriott app but does not represent what I would expect from Marriott! This place was horrible! I checked in got to my room and the mold and Mildew was so overwhelming I had to check out immediately! Sadly not soon enough because it caused me to have a sinus infection. Less than an hour in that building checking in and out and finding a nearby hotel made me sick and I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone!

Really good hotel close to the airport. Not too fancy but you get everything you need for the price you pay. Check in and check out was smooth, rooms are simple but clean. Overall a good stay and I can recommend it for everyone who needs a stay close to the airport.

This hotel was absolutely disgusting. We had to stay here for the night because our flight got cancelled at BNA. Never recommending the place at all. Didn’t even wanna spend money to stay another night. Wish they would fix this for me. Thanks

This hotel is dirty, gross, the front desk is a mess and very rude and unhelpful. There are no towels or microwaves in the rooms. I had to ask for towels and they are scratchy and hard. The only good thing is the bartender at the hotel bar. She made our stay enjoyable and knew a lot about the area and very sweet and helpful. The only reason I return. If you don’t drink, find another hotel.

We requested and got the only handicapped room available. Rust stains covered the shower head and leaked all the way down the wall to the floor. Bugs, in a two hour span, we encountered three, a small black cockaroach looking thing, a spider the size of my thumbnail and some kind of worm. Staff Melissa and CJ were fabulous with every request we made. I contacted Marriott customer support, and they offered to compensate me with rewards points, which I never received. I also contacted the hotel directly, and their response was, "we will let maintenance know." I asked for credit back against the $185 room rate and never received a response, even after two repeated attempts at contact. If this is customer service, you can keep it. This hotel is not worth staying at with so many other choices in the area.

If you’re a Marriott regular, you won’t enjoy this one. I know it’s a property they’ve acquired, but it needs some serious work. They are understaffed, and it’s a run down hotel. Cockroaches. Yep. We had cockroaches in our room. Hot water: our 4th floor room had to wait about 10-15 minutes of running the faucets and tub to get warm water. Never did get hot, and this was at several different times of day, not just high usage. Service: we needed an extra blanket. When we asked for one, we were told that the only person working was the front desk and we would have to come to the front desk for any extras. We were suppose to stay for 4 nights, but cancelled after 2 and went to a different hotel. Choose something different until Marriott gets this one cleaned up and updated. And I write this as a “Marriott only” kind of traveler.
