We requested and got the only handicapped room available. Rust stains covered the shower head and leaked all the way down the wall to the floor. Bugs, in a two hour span, we encountered three, a small black cockaroach looking thing, a spider the size of my thumbnail and some kind of worm. Staff Melissa and CJ were fabulous with every request we made. I contacted Marriott customer support, and they offered to compensate me with rewards points, which I never received. I also contacted the hotel directly, and their response was, "we will let maintenance know." I asked for credit back against the $185 room rate and never received a response, even after two repeated attempts at contact. If this is customer service, you can keep it. This hotel is not worth staying at with so many other choices in the area.
