Spark by Hilton Nashville at Opryland

We were looking for a place to stay near Opryland Hotel and decided to give this newly remodeled Spark property a chance and VERY glad we did! The room was very clean and new, bed was comfortable and location was perfect. I will be recommending this to my clients and friends and will stay here again on my next trip.

Newly renovated hotel: the rooms were a good size, comfortable and clean but definitely a budget place versus other Hilton hotels (we’re are Diamond members). Location is convenient. However we arrived at 9pm and the front motion operated sliding doors were locked (the sign states they are locked starting at 10pm). No one at the front desk was there to open even after we rang the buzzer. We stood there by the entrance for 5-10mins while we looked online for a phone number to call. Finally after calling the front desk and pressing the buzzer repeatedly someone came out yelling at us that we needed to use our room key to get in. Well, we would have if we had gotten the digital room key we requested earlier in the day but never got! The breakfast is very basic: orange juice was “colored water”, no bread, no fruits, no cereals, no milk! Just bagels, a few wrapped muffins and yogurts (mind you on our 3rd and last morning there weren’t any yogurts either!).

Fresh to-the-studs renovation of an old property, this opened in October 2024. It's a budget property but up to Hilton standards. Very, very clean. Very helpful staff (shout-out to Pinky).I would get a room away from the elevator. Bagel bar breakfast. Free parking. I would stay again

I am a Hilton Honors Diamond member, and tend to have high expectations. We almost exclusively dtay at Hamptons, Hilton Garden Inns, and Homewood Suites. I was in Nashville and didn’t have a room for the night. I saw this Spark had opened a month ago and figured I’d give it a try. This was 10-20k points less than anything else in the area. For what it was - an affordable, clean, comfortable room - it was great. I could tell that this had been something else prior that probably pretty rough (the elevator hadn’t been renovated), but the room itself was clean (most important) and I would stay there again. The breakfast was fine for what it was - again, just needed to temper expectations.

I had a short stay in Nashville for business and was surprised that the city was pretty booked up. Having never heard of Spark, I was a bit apprehensive but since it was a Hilton property, I booked. This appears to be a really old motel that has been totally refurbished by Hilton. The Spark line seems to be a budget offering. However, the makeover appears to be pretty well done, with the entire place gutted and refreshed. New paint, ceilings, carpet, fixtures, etc. Even the exterior was totally rehabbed. Overall, it was clean, fresh and new. The breakfast is quite sparce...a definitely step down from even a HI Express. But it had bagels and granola bars and a few other things. Folgers coffee. Overall, as a budget stay, it was pretty good and I'd stay again if the circumstances were the same. Location wise, it's probably great for people visiting the Opryland area.
