I reserved a 3 bed apartment at The Retreat in Nashville for 3 senior couples coming from UK for a “once in a lifetime” trip next May. The booking was confirmed last month. Then I received an email 2 days ago telling me that they’ve cancelled it and put us into a tiny 2 bed apartment instead!! I was so shocked and furious as this was totally unacceptable for our group. When I contacted them to tell them that this was unsuitable and maybe they could offer at least the same or better alternatives as compensation for the stress and inconvenience caused by this situation, their attitude was disgusting! It was very much “ take it or leave it” I could not believe the lack of empathy and bad customer service received from them!

I am very disappointed. There were ants all over the counter every morning and missing springs from the pull out couch. I had to purchase air mattresses for my guests from Walmart due to the couch being unsleepable. I was never given the correct code for the building itself. I was only given the code for the door inside the building. Very upsetting.

Great location, less than 10 minutes from everywhere. Clean and spacious with fast response for any questions. Rooftop area was great little spot to get away too! Check in and out was a breeze and we are on our way to the next stop with worries.

Beautiful confortable huge appartmrnt in a green area very close to most attractions in Nashville with free parking .Very well .very lightly .we loved to share this high class appartment .if you come in Nashville Don t hesitate .you will have great time

It was such a large and spacious apartment. I wish we could have spent more time there. Distant views of downtown. Has a private balcony with additional access to the rooftop balcony. It was very quiet. It was a little hard to find as it is located above an attorney and a bridal shop. The entrance is on the right side of the building halfway to the back. We would definitely go back!

Super clean and convenient with all amenities needed. Perfectly portrayed. You know you are safe and secure there. Spacious yet well furnished with modern decor. Nice view and space to relax, work and entertain if you choose to.

Great location, spacious, comfy beds, stylish decor.. loved the rooftop deck! It was better than we expected, easy to find, easy parking, wonderful place! The kitchen is fabulous, has everything you need to cook a simple meal.. the unit had delicious coffee we could make with the sugar & cream, it was a nice touch, we had fresh coffee every morning.

Inside was modern and spacious.The private roof top had a lot of webs and was covered in leaves but had a great view. It had codes for entry, entry into the rooms and were also needed for the rooftop so it felt safe.

You were get more reviews and they all would be accidental excellent I'm sure don't ask someone I'm sure if you didn't make it have to be 200 words we had a wonderful time the place was beautiful we didn't cook but we ordered in lots of counter space was just absolutely nice
