the room i giot was not as i expected to be nice and clean..i made request prior to my booking but not granted..seaview casitas room i got was covered with trees and branches so where is the seaview!? internet or wifi is very poor..breakfast was not ok either. the beach doesnt have any chairs or tables nor umbrella or tent and no lifeguard to watch over. over all its just ok..

뷰가 너무 좋아서 가족,친구들에게 추천도 하고 자주 가는곳인데 청소상태가 너무 안좋았어요ㅜㅜ 룸에 있는 냉장,냉동고 상태 최악였구요 프론트에 연락했는데 일하시는분 오셔서 대충하고 가시고...몇번씩 서비스 요청했는데 오는날까지 묵묵부답였네요ㅜㅜ

Great service and accomodating people. Amenities were maintained well. Rooms kept clean. Places are accessible Round the clock services. Nurse was also available 24 hrs. During meal time. Food was great and waiters were there to assist you. Like head waiter and the team of Erick during breakfast time. Guards and buggy operators were available to assist you. Basically friendly staff. Felt safe during the stay. Had gold golf during the day. The course was maintained well. Pools were cleaned all day. There are activities for the family and kids. Been coming back in this place every year.

A great place to stay with your family. Staff are accommodating and friendly especially the Operations Manager who helped with my stay. She was so friendly and made sure that my children and I settled in immediately when we arrived. Food has many selections and prices are affordable for this kind of upscale resort. I always try to stay at this place whenever I visit the Philippines and have stayed in the resort several times and never get tired of the breathtaking sceneries the place has to offer. Well worth the stay.

Beach and facilities were kept very clean, and the staff were very respectful, friendly, and accomodating. Ms. Thess Felicimo in particular was kind enough to show us around the resort and our needs were responded to in a timely manner. We have been here several times and the club consistently exceeds our expectations, always making our stay special.

It was our 3rd time and every visit- Club de Punta Fuego never fail to meet our expectations. The scenery and landscapes were absolutely breathtaking, The room facing the ocean is absolutely perfect for relaxation. The staff were incredibly polite, friendly and accommodating- especially Miss Thess Felicimo who patiently toured and guide us and ensuring our comfort during our stay. Thanks also to Mr. Roy (driver) who is exceptionally kind and friendly. My son enjoyed the infinty pool and my family even had a photoshoot to capture our fun and beautiful memories. I highly recommend this place for you next getaway.
