Pico Sands Hotel recensioner

We always spend our New Year here because everything we want to do are here. They have sports facilities, pools, beach and even a playhouse for toddler and kids.

The hotel is old. Waste of money if you opted for lake view since huge trees obstruct the view even if u asked a higher floor. Rooms are for 2 pax must pay 2300 for extra guest not posted in the reminders and then requires 3000 deposit. The golf cart brings guests to the beach but takes too much time limited sits. Prepare to wait 20min.. No stairs except fire escape so during rush time for the buffet the elevator is full pack. The water dispenser for refill outside the room is not cold. Wifi is terrible slow. And at the beach only few guest gets to enjoy tables and chair. The guard demands to inspect the inside of shoulder bags on selected guests feels like racial but not on foreigners. Buffet brakfast is awesome.

Service was excellent and above expectation. Guests are not left alone and any concerns are immediately attended to. Hotel and amenities look great despite the five year span between visits. Easily worth the money spent.

Good customer service however for a 5 star hotel, it needs to improve facilities. The room has very dim light. I thought that's just the design but the lighting to the other room I also booked is different! The room is quite old too.

Sana next may cash transaction sa mga facilities. Paano pagnag disconect ang wifi. But over all maganda at nag enjoy kami sa venue. Uulit pa kami pumunta jan.

The place is huge and greens everywhere. This is the best place to.visit to getaway from the noisy city.

We had a relaxing weekend stay. Location is good. Hotel amenities quite old but was ok , hope there was a free access to the game room though everything has fees. 😅 The pool was nice but crowded at during peak hours ... Others are not hotel guest but residential guests. Breakfast was delicious but limited options

Pico restaurant the service was just horrible. They served spoiled coleslaw, we waited too long for everything, starting from ordering til getting our bill. We ended up leaving the restaurant without paying. They are understaffed and the waiters we're not properly trained. Scrambled eggs in the buffet smells like wet rug. If you order medium rare tenderloin they will give you well done. We tried to complain but the manager was just hard to talk to and they were not sincere to fix the problem or even make up for their mistakes.

We enjoy our relaxing stay.
