Our stay at this hotel exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff provided impeccable service, ensuring we felt truly welcomed. The attention to detail in the clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated rooms made our stay feel like a luxurious retreat. The dining experience was exceptional, with each dish a culinary delight. The hotel's serene ambiance, coupled with the friendly and courteous staff, created a memorable and relaxing atmosphere. The efficient check-in and check-out process, coupled with the convenient location, added to the overall positive experience. Kudos to the housekeeping team for maintaining our room in pristine condition. The wellness facilities were top-notch, offering a perfect retreat for relaxation. We appreciate the thoughtful gestures that made our special occasion even more memorable

Great place where you can enjoy a lot and relax place I seen a couple of days it was awesome place I would like every one to celebrate here there planes and relax your self I like and will come again to enjoy this kind of place I hope the place will be more relaxed

Very pathetic behaviour. They gave us complimentary breakfast and very next morning they deny to serve breakfast. Their GM Mohamnad Arshad was very rude and egostic. I only listened that the people of Murree are very bad nature and ugliest creatures in this earth and I experienced it with my family. Really I never saw such a bad company and pathetic experience in all my life. They left us hungry only for some bucks and didn't show any sympathy. I will never suggest any of you to spoil your memorable days in murree.

we stayed for three days, they have got a nice place with well maintained gardens over looking the hill. they should organize bonfire at night. food from the hotel is average. but many options available when you go down.
