We stayed in MIM Baqueira last year for a full week. While the locations is good and the food really good we felt the rooms were rather small, and the hotel lacks pleasant areas to hang around, only the typical bar beside the reception. As such we decided to stay elsewhere, but booked two diners at MIM. When we arrived first reaction two three families with 16 ppl was to tell us that there was no room. When we showed the emails confirming the reservation the maitre came and asked us to wait for 5 min while they set up the tables, which eventually happened 15 min after. We had a good buffet dinner (even if some of the options were no longer available, and had four bottles of wine. When we went for the check we noticed there were three extra beers (we had only had one) which was frankly a small item within the full picture. Nevertheless, the restaurant night manager, Gabriel, ended up claiming that we were leaving without paying the beers, and even trying to charge for two additional people in n the original reservation who didn’t have dinner. Overall terrible and even rude service. They ended up canceling our reservation (which we wouldn’t want anyway)
