This hotel doesn't match the standards of a Bloom Hotel in terms of hospitality and facilities. They don't have a restaurant and the one adjacent to it doesn't have the ambience of a restaurant in a Bloom Hotel. I am a Bloomer and was really disappointed with the way Shubham, the receptionist and his manager Zahid Khan treated me. They behaved like the staff of a roadside restaurant. I needed a place to work for an hour or two in the evening, so I requested Shubham to allow me to use the desk in the lobby and offered to pay for the snacks and beverages offered to in-house guests, as I was not comfortable working in the restaurant. He said that he will speak to his manager and revert as he is not authorized to take these decisions. After speaking to his manager, he told me that his manager has said that I need to book a room to use the desk and consume the snacks and beverages offered to in-house guests. Luckily they allowed me to use the washroom. I left the hotel hungry and thirsty, with no desire to come back. If they treat a Bloomer this way, I wonder how they will treat a walk-in guest who is not a Bloomer. I will not recommend this property to anyone.
