New and very modern, cozy hotel (in a walkable area, close to the city center and with many cafes and restaurants nearby) with an amazing owner and host, all of it at reasonable prices. Totally recommended and a very pleasant surprise while touring the Cyclades!

Would definitely recommend! The people are so nice !! New construction, amazing interior design, clean, most likely to say spotless, quiet, 10 min from downtown, great friendly owners and staff!! Additionally free coffee option bar and also kindly enough to let us check out later since our flight was late on the day. Also helped us to easily rent a car. All we had to do is make a phone call. Thank you to Alenor City and hopefully see you soon.

I highly recommend Alenor City Hotel—such a wonderful stay for our family! The hotel has a great location. The main parts of the town, St. George Beach and the port are only within a ~10 minute walk. There are a handful of quality coffee shops, bakeries and restaurants within an easy 3-7 minute walk of the hotel. (Barcode for tasty coffee/food including reasonable €3 crepes + a little extra for toppings; Lagogiannis bakery for the best fresh baklava we had on our trip). The property and rooms are beautiful and thoughtfully designed—it just opened during summer 2022 so everything is brand new plus the housekeeping team keeps things immaculate! We’re a family of 6 so we reserved 2 rooms including the Grand Family Suite (our kids loved the bunk beds and the hot tub!). Definitely worth the incremental €€ to get a room with a hot tub (we stayed during the thick of the heat—1st week of August—and were still able to enjoy the tub setting them to cooler water temps). It is clear that Ms. Diana (who owns and operates the hotel) puts a lot of thought, care and effort in ensuring that her guests have the most comfortable and enjoyable time possible at Alenor/Naxos. Great communication before and during our stay for miscellaneous arrangements/questions (transfers/transportation, reservations, etc.). But in addition to the traditional hotel/concierge services you’ll find at other full service hotels, Ms. Diana and her team also make you feel at home and genuinely appreciated—the property is intimately sized at 9 rooms so their guests benefit from just the right amount of attention/service. Our trip was to celebrate my husband’s milestone birthday and Ms. Diana went above and beyond to proactively make it special. Our family will be forever grateful for the special day/stay. We will definitely be back and will highly recommend the hotel to our family/friends.

If you are looking for a place to stay in Naxos - look no further! Alenor City Hotel is a PERFECT choice! Beautifully designed by the hotel owner/manager herself, perfectly scaled, brand new and lovingly appointed to meet all the needs of all guests: - Great location (less than 10 mins walk to AVATON 1739, or 15 mins walk to the main harbor where all the restaurants are located) - Lovingly cared for - exceptional cleanliness from top to bottom, with beautiful bedding, large comfy beds and fresh towels, reliable water pressure (every single day), perfectly functioning AC, water heater & plumbing systems - Elegant interior design (contemporary and minimal, yet softened with excellent choice of textures and professional lighting), spacious rooms with everything you need (Wi-Fi, fridge, TV, espresso machine, safe, vanity amenities, furnished balcony) but no clutter. - Mrs. Diana, the Hotel owner is a warm, joyous, very knowledgeable and dedicated professional who deeply cares about all her guests. She helped our family with absolutely everything during our stay - our needs great and small - from welcoming us, to making daily reservations for the beach spots & restaurants, arranging massage appointments, managing laundry (via external vendor service), recommending places to see around the island, helping with medical emergencies, to creating a relaxing and inclusive environment where all are welcome and feel at home. - Extra points: - - glorious views from the rooftop (don't miss the sunrise / sunsets) and the never-ending island breeze infused with the scent of the local wildflowers); - - plenty of parking spots, if you are renting a car; - - minute away from excellent breakfast/coffee place called the BarCode, local grocery & convenience shops, St. Nicolas Church and, if need be, Naxos hospital / ER. - - Some of the rooms offer jacuzzi at the balcony. It's a luxury you think you don't need, until you try it. Enjoy Naxos and have a fantastic time at the Alenor City Hotel!

Nice family hotel, very modern spacious hotel rooms with amazing walk in shower, everything new and clean, nice body wash and shampoo. Walking distance close to the center, very friendly and helpful staff, we got recommendations for restaurants. Overall great experience.

GEM of a find!!! Do yourself a favor and stop looking anywhere else and book this hotel. When I booked this hotel It had no reviews and I took a chance and I was beyond impressed! They opened the month before we stayed there and the owners greeted us at reception. This is a family run new small business that pays attention to all the little details. You can tell they take pride in what they do there and it shows. The rooms are beautiful and equipped with everything needed for a relaxing stay, housekeeping is on point impressive, and the hospitality here is above and beyond. The church is right around the corner so hearing the bells go off is delightful. Ideal location. A short walk to town, shopping, all the restaurants, bars, port, and bus. Will definitely be back!

Hotel nuovo e curato nei dettagli a 10 minuti di passeggiata dalla Chora. Pulizia eccellente. Personale attento e cortese. Molto apprezzata la macchinetta del caffè in stanza con cialde rifornite ogni giorno. Ci torneremmo con piacere.

Η διαμονή μας στο Alenor City hotel είναι υπέροχη!!Τα δωματια ειναι πεντακάθαρα!!! Βρίσκεται σε ήσυχη τοποθεσία και περίπου 10 λεπτά με τα πόδια για το κέντρο !! Η οικοδέσποινα Ντιάνα εξαιρετική επαγγελματίας !! Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα!! Ευχαριστούμε πολύ Ντιάνα!! Θα τα ξαναπούμε σύντομα!!

Esse hotel é novo, bonito e bem limpinho. A dona, Diana, é muito atenciosa. Ele está localizado bem perto da old town, walking distance. Mas você precisará de carro para ir a algumas praias. O hotel não tem estacionamento, mas há um public parking bem na frente. O hotel também não oferece café da manhã, mas tem uma cafeteria ao lado. Bom custo benefício.
