Best View Pyramids Hotel recensioner

Room is spacious, location is good. You can see the the Great Pyramid from the rooftop cafe. The only setback that is bothering me is the noisy airconditioner and clogged shower drainage. They transfer me to a different room but the drainage problem is same. The door lock is not functioning, luckily I bring my handy multipurpose tools so I manage to repair the lock myself before I went to sleep. Apart from that, I enjoyed my stay. Hotel employees were friendly and helpful. The hotel owner also provide me free ride to papyrus museum, perfume museum and cotton museum. The driver, Abdul, stop by to get me a glass of Egyptian Sugarcane juice. I really appreciate the hospitality. Food at cafe and breakfast is 3/5.

Location is great. The view from roof top is amazing. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Wi-fi is good. But the cleanliness could be better.

Location is awesome. Their roof top oversee all 3 pyramids and the staff are also friendly and helpful to take loads of pics. Room is big but I think there is bit too many chairs and felt a little cramped. Air conditioning is great and shower is basic. Heater doesn’t work but they did fix it fast. Owner is very friendly and always welcome feedback and give lots of helpful advice. Worth if you’re coming with a big group.

Very sad and Scammed the hotel a real nightmare all the photos it exhibits in its presentation is false all the infrastructure a complete calamity, I never had a bad experience in hotels but in Egypt you have to be very careful do not believe everything that the hotels show, bathroom in bad condition dirty dirty bed dirty blankets I honestly do not recommend this hotel all a fiasco the owner or administrator of the Owner or administrator of the hotel coludiated with the tour guides in the pyramids make your life impossible trying to get you money, Trip.com please remove it from your list

Отель 10/10!!! Чистота, местоположение, вкусный завтрак! Всем советую! Обязательно бронируйте номер делюкс с видом на пирамиды, это что-то нереально красивое !!! И до самих пирамид пешком 10 минут. Спасибо за гостеприимство хозяину Адаму

ピラミッドの見える部屋に泊まりたくて2日間予約しました。　到着時の空港からホテルまでの送迎を予約していたにも関わらず、ドライバーは来ないし、返事も無視されました。一時間待った挙げ句、自分達でタクシーを呼んでホテルまで行ったのですがフロントの人はずっとドライバーは待っていたのにあなた達が勝手にタクシー出来たと逆ギレ。ドライバーからの連絡が来なかったメールを見せると、私たちは依頼しただけだからわからない、ドライバーの会社に確認しておくと責任逃れ。　 さらに、ピラミッドの見える部屋が目的で泊まっているのに、エレクトリックプロブレムで部屋が使えないと他の部屋に案内。そこで文句をいうと、ボトルのワインを1本無料にするし、次の日はピラミッドの部屋を用意するからと言われ、渋々了承。　 しかし、その日のディナーでは他の人に一杯ついだであろう飲みかけの生ぬるいワインを1本出されました。ディナーの料理もサラダをたのんだだけでも一時間も料理がでてこず、催促してようやく作り出す始末。　 次の日にはピラミッドの見える部屋に入れましたが、停電で電気と水が使えない状態。訪ねても文句を言ってもエリア全体だからしょうがない、15分で治る、政府のせいなどてきとうなことばかりでした。暑くて寝れなかったのでタクシーで街にでたのですが、運転手に治ったと連絡があったためホテルへ帰宅。しかし実際には停電も何もなおっていなく、なぜ嘘をついたのかと聞いても逆ギレ。２５０ドルもするツアーを申し込んでも、ツアーごとに付き添いの人が追加で高いチップを要求してくる。 エジプトのインフラのせいもあるが、いままで見た中で最低のホテルでした。このエリアの周辺はなにもないのでピラミッドが見えてもこのホテルは絶対にオススメしません。

Locale fatiscente ubicato in zona poco sicura. Arriviamo ci ritroviamo immersi in cammelli e cavalli con una puzza di feci terribile. Procediamo al check in e ci portano in camera. Lenzuola piene di capelli avevano tinteggiato ma la camera non era stata mai pulita lenzuola strappate e piene di rubinetto calcare ovunque. Non siamo riusciti nemmeno a lavarci.Hotel da evitare

差評，最真實的酒店情況：我個人實名舉報酒店給攜程，敲詐我20美金，才能入住。我寧可睡其他家，也沒有同意，不能慣着！堅決抵制！2025年1月31日晚凌晨12：50左右我打車從機場到達這家酒店，辦理入住告知我沒有預訂。我就查詢了攜程平台確實是預訂成功的，給前台看了，前台大概説是代理阿古達或者booking預訂才有效。要收我20美金房費！房費不是税哦！我既然預訂成功辦理入住就好，不該額外重複付款一遍房費，對不對！其實我覺得我在攜程預訂成功了，客服後來也確認了，那麼酒店應該知道我預訂成功，他們通過説你沒有預訂成功，來騙我！這是騙子慣用計量！當時我就聯繫攜程客服，因為是國外酒店，來來回回大約一個多小時，反正要付款20美金，期間前台三個人，一個黑乎乎的比較兇，在那種情況下，我走出酒店，去了其他家，堅決不重新付款房費！而且同一個代理，我行程第三天的酒店我也沒有去住。出於安全考慮，不想讓當地這些霸道人知道行程。我相信肯定還有國人有同樣遭遇，他們在這裏大多花錢了事，而且我還是晚上！想想其他拖家帶口的，出門在外到了這裏，肯定更不會説什麼。畢竟旅行心情最重要！大家預訂這裏謹慎！當心！不要被騙！就是這家開羅最佳觀景酒店！切記！

La vue depuis l’hôtel sur les pyramides est belle surtout la nuit. Le personnel de réception de nuit est très serviable et gentil. Le personnel du restaurant sont hyper agréables. Chambres anciennes et salle de bain en mauvais état. Alentours de l’hôtel: faites attention, on insistera pour vous faire acheter quelque chose.
