Regency Guest House

Superb guest house in an old building furnished and decorated to a high standard. The owners, Jane and Mark, are gently warm and welcoming so we felt quite at home. The room, furniture and bedding were also of high quality and very comfortable. Our bathroom was separate but huge and immaculately clean. Breakfast was lovely, perfectly cooked and served with toast and excellent coffee ( other beverages are available! ) It's a shame we were only there for one night for a sailing regatta nearby but hope to return soon. Our thanks to our hosts for making us feel like we were the only guests!

The Regency Guest House is one of the best guest house's we've stayed in. Jane and Mark are fantastic hosts, they are on hand to advise great places to visit and lovely restaurants. They also took the time to print off venues and maps. Nala was also very cute and would welcome us each morning. Breakfast choices was plentiful and would set us up for the day. We were treated to Jane's home made lemon cake which was lovely. If in the area I would totally recommend a stay.

Beautiful old property, lovely decor and great amenities. The cooked breakfast was delicious and eagerly awaited every morning! Walking distance to local pub with great food and close to lots of local attractions. The perfect base to explore the broads, beaches and Norwich. Highly recommend.

Had a lovely stay for two nights, Mark and Jayne were very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was excellent everything cooked and presented well. Area was nice and quiet and we had two meals at the pub which were great, although would advise booking as we saw quite a few people turned away. Would thoroughly recommend thanks for a lovely stay!

This was our 4th visit to the Regency and it was again a 10 out of 10 stay. It is the cleanest and most comfortable B&B we have stayed in. The hosts Jane and Mark are amazing, so welcoming and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble and cake is always offered upon arrival! Their attention to detail is second to none and nothing is too much trouble. Room facilities are excellent with branded natural soap, shampoo and body waah in rooms plus water, biscuits and tea/coffee making items provided. The rooms are beautifully decorated with a modern, contemporary feel. Breakfast is really outstanding using fresh, locally sourced ingredients with a good choice on the menu to select from ranging from cooked breakfast to fruit salad. The B&B is in a quiet village well placed for visting The Broads, Norwich and beautiful beaches. We cannot recommend the B&B highly enough! Our go to place when visiting our favourite area in the UK.
